Clinical Observation Of Tarsal Glandular 1 In The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

Objective: To observation of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of self-made tarsal glandular 1 prescription liquid fumigation eyes combined with meibomian gland massage,polyethylene glycol eye,tobramycin/dexamethasone ointment coated eyelid margin treatment of moderate tibial gland Clinical efficacy of dysfunction.Methods: 96 patients with eyelid gland dysfunction were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group of hot fumigation eyes after the meibomian gland massage(3 consecutive days per week for 2 weeks)and tobramycin/dexamethasone ointment wipe eyelid edge,while polyethylene glycol eye drops 4 times/day Bleomycin/dexamethasone ointment coated eyelid edge 1/night(total course of treatment in January);observation group for the tarsal glandular 1 prescription liquid fumigation eyes,Other treatment with the control group.Results: The difference in observe indicators between the two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of Schirmer I test and Tear break-up time was statistically significant(P<0.05).the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Tarsal gland 1 prescription liquid fumigation eyes combined with tarsal gland massage,artificial tears eye,tobramycin / dexamethasone ointment coated eyelid margin treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction has a good effect.
