Objective: Through the study of the correlation between the polymorphism of ApoC ? gene and the TCM Syndromes of hyperlipidemia and hyperlipidemia in different areas of Xinjiang, the differences between them were found, which can provide reference for the treatment options of hyperlipidemia in Xinjiang area. Methods: Xinjiang Uygur,Kashi,Akesu and Urumqi areas were randomly investigated to meet the inclusion criteria of Uygur residents.A questionnaire survey on the content includes general information:gender, age, waist circumference, laterality, movement etc.And the detection of blood lipid and ApoC?.The abdominal circumference of Uygur people with hyperlipidemia and non hyperlipidemia population, tropic species, comparative analysis of exercise, blood lipid level,ApoC? index. Results: Between the Uygur case group and the control groups, the Uygur case group was higher than the control group, with statistical difference,ApoC? was positively correlated with serum lipids,ApoC? and TC,you TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were positively correlated, there are differences in hyperlipidemia syndromes etc. Conclusion: ApoC? in the Uygur control group and the case group in hyperlipidemia,TCM Syndrome Types and so on,and there is correlation with blood lipid levels, which provide a new way for the future study of blood turbidity.
