Relation Between Lipid And Abi,b-apwv In Hetian Uygur Of Xinjiang

Objective: To observe the effect and the relationship between lipid and ABI?b-aPWV in Uygur nationalities in Hetian, Xinjiang. Methods: 2366 volunteers from Hetian city of uygur autonomous prefecture in XinJiang were enrolled in the study. All the patients underwent recoding of total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , ankle-brachial index (ABI) , and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (b-a PWV) were measured by non-invasive method. SPSS 13. 0 software package was used for the analysis. The prevalence between man and woman in different ages was analyzed. Results: 1. The total people was 2366, the rate was 56. 5% in male, was 43. 3% in female; The average age was 53. 35±11. 294, divided with four age group, the ABI?b-a PWV?TG? LDL-C was statistical difference in the different age groups (P<0.05) , But no differences were found in gender (P>0.05) . 2.
