The Clinical Research On Kidney-qi Deficiency Enuresis In Children Treated By Brain-kidney-nourishing Tuina Manipulation

Objective:The article was to observe the effect of tuina on Brain-Kidney-nourishing in curing kidney-QI Deficiency enuresis in children,furthermore to discuss the mechanism. Methods:60 patients with kidney-QI Deficiency enuresis in children were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the Tuina group and the control group. The Tuina group contained 30 cases was treated by tuina on Brain-Kidney-nourishing,and the control group was treated by take meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules. Statistics of the related data that the situation of the sleep-wake and the frequency of enuresis prior treatment and two weeks post-treatment and three monthes post-treatment, for evaluation the effect of the two treatment by comparing the effective rate and recurernce rate of these two.And research the correlation of the disorder of sleep-wake and the frequency of enuresis by observation. Result:When 2 weeks after the treatment,the effective rate of the tuina group is 70.0%(21/30), and the effective rate of the control group is 60.0%(18/30), the tuina group is better than the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Three months post-treatment,the recurernce rate of the tuina group is 14.3%(3/21), the recurernce rate of the control group is 55.6%(10/18).By comparing the recurernce rate of these two groups,P<0.01,there was highly significant difference between the two groups.Observationally, the situation of sleep-wake and the frequency of enuresis was highly significant correlation. After treatment,the frequency of enuresis is lower and even disappeared with the improvement of the disorder of the sleep-wake. Conclusions:The Brain-Kidney-nourishing Tuina manipulation has precise curative effect on treating and lower recuremce rate which has the same therapeutic effect on enuresis in children as well as taking Western medicine, meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules.But the recurernce rate of tuina manipulation is substantially lower than taking Western medicine. The mechanism of tuina manipulation lies in the improvement of the disorder of the sleep-wake,so that children can easily wake urination during sleep,and enuresis improved.
