Effect Of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Of The Reyanbao Combined With Moxibustion On Hip Replacement Patients

ObjectiveOn the basis of clinical practice and patient's condition,the patients after hip replacement are given the nursing of Reyanbao and moxibustion,to discuss and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing and promote the nursing quality improvement.MethodsFrom the orthopedics inpatient department in a three level of first-class hospital department in Qigihar,choicing 120 patients met the inclusion criteria as the research objects.The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment and nursing,the experimental group 1 was given Reyanbao intervention based on routine treatment and nursing care,the experimental group 2 was given moxibustion based on routine treatment and nursing care,the experimental group 3 was given Reyanbao combined with moxibustion based on routine treatment and nursing care.The effect indexes included the Harris hip score,limb swelling and pain score and so on.The research team collected data,and then analysed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results1.After the interventions,the scores of the joint function of the patients in the four groups were improved.The four groups have statistical significance difference(P<0.05);through multiple comparison,the experimental group 3 was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),test group 3 and test group 1,and test group 3 and test group 2 score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After the interventions,the swelling degree of the joints of the patients in the four groups were improved.The difference among the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple comparisons showed that the effect of the experimental group 3 was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After the interventions,the pain degree of the patients in the four groups were improved,the difference among the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple comparisons showed that the effect of the experimental group 3 was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions1 Reyanbao combined with moxibustion and meridians through the warm effect effect mechanism can effectively improve the hip joint function of hip replacement patients after operation.2 Reyanbao combined with Moxibustion on hip replacement patients after limb swelling and pain degree of improvement has good effect,helps to promote the rehabilitation nursing effect improved,worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
