| Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing effect of the comprehensive early nursing intervention pattern in early functional rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty..Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to sequence number, the intervention group were conducted comprehensive early functional exercise nursing pattern 6 hours after operation,the control group were received routine nursing pattern and then nursing effect between two groups were compared.Results:There are significant difference in incidence of postoperative DVT(P <0.05), KSS score (P< 0.05),the hospitalization days (P< 0.05) between two groups.The intervention group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The comprehensive early nursing intervention pattern has a positive effect on the incidence of DVT, the clinical and the functional score of the kneejoint, the hospitalization days etc. |
