Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of E (Blood Heat Type) With Qingrexiaoban-Drink

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of QingRexXaoBan drink for the treatment of blood heat type of erythema multiforme.Research Methods:1.the object of the study:Select 86 patients who were diagnosed blood heat type EM from the dermatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2017 as the object of the study.2.Research methods:Divide the 86 Patients to two groups randomly,43 cases in the treatment group(oral Qingrexiaoban drink)and 43 cases in the control group(oral Luohuazizhu tablet).1 week is 1 treatment course.Before the treatment,after the first course and after the second course,we record the patient's signs,symptoms,DLQI,score and incidence of adverse reactions,and analysis the data.Results:the clinical of the treatment group is 97.62%while the control group is 76.19%.there are differences between two groups(P<0.05),which means the efficiency of the treatment group is better than the control group.At the end of the treatment,the lesion score of the treatment group is 1.12±1.94,while the control group is 4.21 ±1.72,the two groups have differences(P<005),which explains the treatment on EM's area,number,severity,feeling of the treatment group is better than the control group;and DLQI of the treatment group is 1.50±2.42,while the control group is 4.83±1.75,the two groups have differences(P<0.05),which means Qingrexiaoban Drink can improve the Patients' life.Conclusion:1.Qingrexiaoban drink can effectively improve the skin lesionand life quality of blood heat type EM.2.Qingrexiaoban drink is a safe and effective prescription treatment of blood heat type EM.
