Objective: This study selected COPD airway remodeling in the key indicators in the process of inflammation and repair the change of MMP-9 and TIMP-1,explore yupinfeng flavored party and "polyester phlegm" and "blood stasis" medicine to ease and improve the mechanism of COPD airway remodeling,provide theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods: The COPD rat model was established by using the method of cigarettes and two endotracheal drip polysaccharides(LPS).Use including dose yupinfeng flavored,polyester phlegm and blood stasis drugs,respectively in the group,after Cheng Mo drug prophylaxis,Cheng Mo after 8 weeks after 4 weeks to medicine group,Cheng Mo dosage groups in different periods of model animal to intervene,in rat lung tissue with HE staining to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue of rats by Western blot,rt-pcr method to detect lung tissue of rats in MMP-9 and TIMP-1 protein and m RNA expression level relatively.Results: 1.The pathological section of the lung tissue of the rat lung: Bronchiolar epithelium hyperplasia in the model group is lungs,luminal stenosis,wall thickening,part of the epithelium appeared necrotic,fall off,alveolar interval significantly broadening,pathological changes of the pulmonary bullae and inflammatory cell aggregation.Demonstrates the successful establishment of the COPD model.Cheng Mo after 4 weeks after dosing group,Cheng Mo drug prophylaxis is group,8 weeks after Cheng Mo dosage groups within the lung bronchiolar epithelium proliferation and luminal stenosis and wall thickening degree decrease is more significant,pulmonary inflammatory cell infiltration in significantly reduced,the alveolar structure is relatively complete.The effects of the drugs were more pronounced in the four weeks after the model.2.The effect of the powder of the jade screen on the expression of the MMP-9 expression of the MMP-9 in the COPD rats was the effect of the drug on the expression level of MMP-9: The levels of MMP-9 were raised in the COPD model group.This study to simulate the development of COPD rats lung tissue in different periods to drug intervention,yupinfeng flavored,"polyester phlegm" and "blood stasis" medicine of rat lung tissue expression of MMP-9 levels were significantly lower,cut effect is more obvious in high dose group,four periods in order to prevent drug group and drug after Cheng Mo cut effect is more obvious.3.The effect of the quality of the powder on the TIMP-1 expression of the COPD rat is the effect of the powder,the "polyester sputum" and the "peerless" drug on the TIMP – 1 expression of the COPD rat: In the COPD model group,the higher levels of TIMP – 1 were raised.This study to simulate the development of COPD in different periods to drug intervention,yupinfeng flavored,"polyester phlegm" and "blood stasis" medicine for COPD rats lung tissue TIMP-1 expression levels rise or fall,high,medium and low dose group cut effect has no obvious difference,no obvious difference was found between the index to adjust the medication period.4.The effect of the powder on the MMP-9 / TIMP-1 ratio on the MMP-9 / TIMP-1 ratio of the COPD rat,the smell of the jade screen,the "polyester phlegm" and the "petechy" drug to the MMP-9 / TIMP-1 ratio of the COPD rats: Yupinfeng flavored,"polyester phlegm" and "blood stasis" medicine can be raised or lowered,MMP-9 / TIMP-1 ratio to make it tend to normal group(blank),no obvious difference between drugs,high,medium and low dose group no difference between the regulation.The four drug intervention groups were given to the drug group > for 8 weeks after the model,and the group was given to the drug group after8 weeks.Conclusion: 1.By maintaining the balance between MMP-9 and TIMP-1,the composition and degradation of extracellular matrix are mediated by the balance of MMP-9 and TIMP-1.It could be one of the targets for the treatment of the COPD airway.2.Yupinfeng flavored and "polyester phlegm" and "blood stasis" medicine of MMP-9 / TIMP-1 dose group is more obvious after adjustment to Cheng Mo,choose disease early treatment for clinical COPD airway remodeling has good curative effect,provide certain theoretical basis.
