The model group compared with the control group, the rats in the model group compared with blank group, the average escape latency time prolong, across the platform position number less than the blank group, there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The model group compared with sham operation group, while the sham operation group rats escape latency time shortened than the model group, the number of crossing platform position compared with the model group, but the two difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Modified Ditan Decoction group compared with the model group, while the modified Ditan soup group rat escape latent period of time compared to the model group reduced, across the platform position number increased in comparison with the model group, but the two difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Modified Ditan Decoction group and nimodipine group, al though modified Ditan Decoction group were the average escape latency, removed the platform across the platform position number have the tendency to increase, but the difference was not significant, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. In object recognition and detection, the model group compared with the control group, the old and the new object discrimination index of rats in the model group decreased than control group, the total search time, there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The model group compared with sham operation group, although the index of discrimination of old and new objects in the sham operation group rats were significantly increased, the total search time prolonged, but the two difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Modified Ditan Decoction group compared with the model group, modified Ditan Decoction group rat total search time compared with the model group, the old and the new extension of object discrimination index rose, the two have statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Modified Ditan Decoction group and nimodipine group, although the index of discrimination of the old and the new object of modified Ditan Decoction group rats increased, total seek time prolonged, but the difference was not significant, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Display the contents of NO, TNOS activity in the cortex of rats in each group:the test results of the model group compared with the control group, NO content and TNOS activity in the cortex of rats in the model group than in blank group increased, there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The model group compared with sham operation group, sham operation group rats cortex NO content and TNOS activity decreased compared with control group, there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Modified Ditan Decoction group compared with the model group, modified Ditan Decoction group rat cortical NO content and TNOS activity decreased compared with the blank group, the two have statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Modified Ditan Decoction group and nimodipine group, there was no significant difference in NO content and TNOS activity in the cortex of rats in the two groups, which was not statistically significant (P> Conclusion:In this experiment, the rat model of MCI was prepared by ligating the right carotid artery method, intragastric administration related indicators5weeks. Research by comparison of NO content and TNOS activity of modified Ditan Decoction on the behavior of MCI model rats and the effect of cortex, found that modified Ditan Decoction can reduce MCI average escape latency model rats, increase the rat across the platform position, reduce the number of rat cortex NO content and TNOS activity, up to effectively protect the nerve cells in the brain, so as to improve the spatial memory ability of MCI rats, play to block or delay the decline in learning and memory process effect. The learning and memory function of modified Ditan Decoction on rat model of NCI effect.
