Clinical Research Of Arthroscopic Plus Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction For Treatment Of The Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:1.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with knee arthroplasty in the treatment of early and middle stage KOA.2.To clarify the characteristics of KOA and its characteristics,we can provide evidence-based medical basis for the combination of Huangjie Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with knee arthroplasty and the combination of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Methods:Choose from December 2015 to February 2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine orthopedic treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome deficiency syndrome of knee osteoarthritis in 60 patients,all signed informed consent,according to random The method was divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).There was no significant difference in sex,age,duration,X-ray grading,VAS score and WOMAC score between the two groups(p>0.05).The overall situation was comparable before treatment.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(astragalus 30 g,cinnamon 10 g,peony10g,ginger 25 g,jujube 4 pieces,each soup made of three bags of medicine,100ml per bag,taking 2 times a day)combined with knee arthroscopy as a treatment Group,the second day taking traditional Chinese medicine after surgery;the control group was treated with celecoxib combined with knee arthroscopy.Both groups regularly evaluated the efficacy of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.VAS Scores:Treated 1 week was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups compared with the control group(p > 0.05);There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups at 2 weeks,3 weeks and4 weeks after treatment(p < 0.05);There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the VAS score after 4 weeks of treatment(p<0.05).2.WOMAC Scores:The WOMAC score was not significantly different from that of the control group after 1 week of treatment(p >0.05);The WOMAC score was significantly different between the two groups at 2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,compared with the control group(p < 0.05);The WOMAC score of the group and the control group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(p<0.05).3.Knee skin temperature difference:There was no significant difference in the skin temperature difference between the two groups after treatment for 1 day and 10 days after treatment(p > 0.05);There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after 4 days and 7 days(p<0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation:There was no statistically significant difference between the WOMAC score and the control group after 1 week of treatment(p>0.05).The efficacy of WOMAC score was statistically different from that of control group at 2weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(p<0.05).5.Safety assessment:After the hospitalization and follow-up,no obvious adverse reactions were found in the patients.The safety evaluation index and the laboratory test indexes of the two groups were not higher than normal.Conclusion:1.In the relief of patient symptoms,improve knee function,knee arthroplasty with the use of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction effect more significant than the effect of celecoxib.2.It is further confirmed that knee arthroplasty has a significant effect on the treatment of early and mid term KOA.3.Hospitalization and follow-up after discharge of patients,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and knee arthroscopy have a clear effect,the combination of the two for the treatment of more effective.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction to block the pain caused by the relevant pathological factors,knee arthroscopy to clean up most of the accumulation of pain factors.It is worth noting that the individual patient score in the original case data has even rebounded,the functional score has declined,and this treatment has not fundamentally changed the knee process of degeneration,with the time of migration,the patient's KOA May be aggravated,but the overall effect of the combination of the two is significant.4.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment have high safety,no obvious adverse reactions.
