| Objective:1.Conclude the academic thoughts of Wu’s Fuyang School in diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis,and sum up the theories,methods,prescriptions of Wu’s Fuyang School in diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.2.Applying the concluded Fuyang prescription of Wu’s Fuyang School to treat the allergic rhinitis patients of yang asthenia.And observing these patients’ clinical efficacy to provide strong evidences for the clinical application.Methods:1.Theoretical research methodsCollect Wu’s Fu Yang School related literatures and works through literature search and manual search methods.Then screen out the related literatures of Wu’s Fuyang School in diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.Summarize and refine related thoughts and theories of Wu’s Fuyang School in diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.2.Clinical research methodsCollect 60 cases of yang asthenia allergic rhinitis patients,and these patients were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group.There were 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fuyang prescription,control group with Golden Chamber Kidney-qi Pill.The experiment will last for two weeks.After the treatment,valuations will be done both before and after the therapy,nasal secretions will be collected to observe eosinophils variation.We will apply statistical methods to evaluate the clinical efficiency.Results:1.Theoretical research results:Through studied of a large number of data and literature records,to inductived arrangement the academic thoughts of Wu’s Fuyang School in diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.At the same time,we consulted the Wu’s Fuyang School’s inheritor,Mr Wu Sheng-yuan,and finally my tutor Professor Jia xuanzhou has confirmed the theories,methods,prescriptions of Wu’s Fuyang School in treatment of allergic rhinitis patients of yang asthenia.2.Clinical research results:2.1 At the beginning of the experiment,the 60 subjects were collected in two groups,no significant difference was detected in sex,age,symptoms and signs which is suitable for clinical research.At the end of the therapy,the author lost 3 cases,the remaining 57 cases gained results with 29 cases in treatment group and 28 in control group.2.2 After the therapy,statistical analysis was performed on 57 cases of samples:the total efficient rate of control group is67.86%,the total efficient rate of treatment group is89.66%.The total scores of symptoms and signs were compared between the control group and the treatment group after treatment:t=-2.869,P=0.006,P<0.01.The difference between the two groups was significant.The results were statistically significant.The treatment group had significant difference in improving these symptoms of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching,fatigue,and the effect was significant.The treatment group in improving these aspects of chills and sweating was significant difference.The control group had significant difference in improving these symptoms of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,sweating,and the effect was significant.The control group in improving these aspects of chills and fatigue was no significant difference.There were significant differences between the two groups in improving the pallor and edema of the nasal mucosa.The two groups were statistically significant in reducing eosinophils in the nasal secretions of patients.The effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.3 The statistical scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The two groups of patients after treatment,the disease has been reduced to varying degrees.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.In this experiment,the academic thoughts of Wu’s Fuyang school can be applied to treat the allergic rhinitis patients of yang asthenia.It can be further explored in clinical application.2.The summarized Fuyang prescription has been found that it is valid for the treatment of the allergic rhinitis patients of yang asthenia.Fuyang prescription can improve these symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing,chills,sweating,nasal itching,fatigue and nasal mucosa swelling.It also helps reduce the amount of eosinophils in the nose.3.Clinical safety observation: in the whole course of treatment,no adverse reactions were found in the treatment group and the control group. |
