The Clinical Observation Of Clinical Efficacy On Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type With Qishaotongbi Capsule

Objective:to observe the subjects of the changes of symptoms,and the improvement of life quality,so as to further understanding the curative effects of QISHAOTONGBI capsule on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,then to analysis the mechanism and the clinical value of this drug more systematically and comprehensively.Methods:This topic subjects are come from the orthopaedic clinic of the second hospital affiliated to HeiLongJiang university of Chinese medicine,who accepted the treatment during the November of 2015 to the January of 2017.Before the beginning of the experiment,all the subjects have pass the various inspection and been dearly diagnosed of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.then pick out 60 patients in all patients who were included in the standard and been divided into two groups as A and B at random,making both A and B groups contained 30 patients each.A group is Called the treatment group,and the B group is named as the control group.A group adopted the test method of QISHAOTONGBI capsule oral for innocence,while the B group applied oral GENTONGPING granules contrast,Then observe the relevant indicators and do statistical analysis after a course of treatment strictly.Results:In the group A of taking QISHAOTONGBI capsules:11patients were cured;9patients grades;the effect of 6cases after the treatment is well,as the effective;the effect of only 2case after the treatment is not ideal,as invalid.The total effective rate of group A was 92.9%,and the cure rate was 39.3%.While in the group B of taking GENTONGPING granules:10 patients achieved the cure level;1412patients grades;the effect of 2 cases after the treatment is well,who were markedly effective;the effect of 2 cases after the treatment is not ideal.who were included in the invalid class.The total effective rate of group B was 92.9%,and the cure rate was 35.8%.Conclusion:The patients in both A and B groups showing a different results in clinical symptoms,life status,pain level on several aspects.both A and B group of testing method on the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type has played a certain effect.but oral QISHAOTONGBI capsule treatment of the disease effect is more outstanding.
