Clinical Observation Of Jitongxiao Capsule In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type

Objective:The study is to observe the subjects of the change of symptoms and the improvement of life quality, so as to further understanding the special curative effect of JITONGXIAO capsule on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,then to analysis the mechanism and the clinical value of this drug more systematically and comprehensively.Methods:This topic subjects are come from the orthopaedic clinic of the first hospital affiliated to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine, who accepted the treatment during the may of 2013 to the october of 2014.Before the beginning of the experiment,all the subjects have pass the various inspection and been clearly diagnosed of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, then pick out 60 patients in all patients who were included in the standard and been divided into two groups at random, making both groups contained 30 patients.One group is called treatment group (A),and another group is named as the control group (B).Treatment group adopted the test method of JITONGXIAO capsule oral for innocence, while the control group applied oral GENTONGPING granules contrast,.Then observe the relevant indicators and do statistical analysis after a course of treatment strictly.Results:In the group A of taking JITONGXIAO capsules:13 patients were cured;14 patients grades; the effect of 2 cases after the treatment is well, as the effective; the effect of only 1 case after the treatment is not ideal, as invalid.The total effective rate of group A was 96.7%, and the cure rate was 43.3%.While in the group B of taking GENTONGPING granules:9 patients achieved the cure level; 12 patients grades; the effect of 6 cases after the treatment is well, who were markedly effective; the effect of 3 cases after the treatment is not beautiful. who were included in the invalid class.The total effective rate of group B was 90%, and the cure rate was 30%Conclusionr:Two groups of patients in clinical symptoms, life status, pain level on several aspects, such as showing a different result, two groups of testing method on the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type has played a certain effect, but oral JITONGXIAO capsule treatment of the disease effect is more outstanding.
