Clinical Observation Of Modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction In Treating Bacterial Vaginosis With Yin Deficiency And Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:In this study,modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction was used to treat bacterial vaginosis(BV)with damp-heat syndrome due to Yin deficiency.By observing the changes of vaginal secretion volume,odor and itching before and after treatment,the patients filled in a symptom severity assessment index form and the recovery of vaginal micro-ecological environment,the treatment of BV with damp-heat syndrome due to yin deficiency with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction was evaluated.Therapeutic effect of heat syndrome.Method:From January 2018 to December 2018,80 cases of BV Yin deficiency with damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Jiawei Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and Metronidazole Tablets orally,while the control group was given Metronidazole Tablets orally.Both groups were treated with Metronidazole Tablets orally for one week.The two groups were treated with Metronidazole Tablets for one week.The patients' condition and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were reevaluated by the same doctor.The data of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.All data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statisticalsoftware.Result:1.There was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,gynecological examination score,leucorrhea laboratory score and Nugent score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.The scores of TCM symptoms,gynecological examination,leucorrhea laboratory and Nugent were improved after 7 days of treatment in both groups.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The treatment group can significantly improve the "cleanliness","cue cells","amine taste test" and "PH value" of vaginal secretions of patients,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the cleanliness of vaginal secretions(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the other three aspects(P>0.05).4.During the follow-up,we found that the treatment group was better than the control group in restoring Lactobacillus vaginalis and reducing the recurrence rate(P<0.05).5.The safety indexes of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were normal before and after treatment,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.6.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms,observation scale,vaginal micro-ecological environment and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiawei Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with metronidazole tablets orally can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with bacterial vaginosis of yin deficiency and damp-heat type,and improve the laboratory examination indicators of vaginal secretions.2.Jiawei Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Metronidazole Tablets is superior to Metronidazole Tablets in improving TCM symptoms,Improving vaginal secretion cleanliness,restoring vaginal Lactobacillus and reducing recurrence rate in patients with bacterial vaginosis of yin deficiency and damp-heat type.3.Jiawei Zhibai Dihuang Decoction is superior to Metronidazole Tablets in treating Yin deficiency with dampness-heat syndrome.It can improve clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators to achieve therapeutic effect,and significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
