| ObjectiveBased on the model of Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills(IMB),the rehabilitation nursing plan of patients with knee arthroscopy was constructed,and the application effect of the plan in patients with knee arthroscopy was implemented and evaluated,so as to provide a scientific reference for the practice of rehabilitation nursing of patients with knee arthroscopy.Method1.To construct the rehabilitation nursing scheme of knee arthroscopy based on IMB model.Based on the literature study and the evaluation tool of knee joint rehabilitation,a questionnaire was developed.Delphi expert consultation method was used to revise and improve the content of the program,and finally the rehabilitation nursing program of knee arthroscopy based on the IMB model was developed.2.Application and effect evaluation of rehabilitation nursing program of knee arthroscopy based on IMB model.A total of 82 subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from January 2019 to September 2019 in a 3a hospital in Yunnan province were selected.According to the sequence of admission,they were semi-randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group received routine nursing care from the research unit,including perioperative nursing,body position,diet,pain,complications,and telephone discharge follow-up.Intervention group was given routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing plan of IMB model,including: the distribution of rehabilitation guidance materials,PPT combined with 3D body software on knowledge,motivated interviews,bedside rehabilitation guidance,follow-up We Chat platform.Lysholm knee score,knee mobility,knee rehabilitation knowledge score and KOOS score of the two groups of subjects were collected before,at discharge and one month after the surgery,and the compliance of rehabilitation exercise at discharge and one month after the surgery was evaluated.SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results1.The rehabilitation nursing scheme of knee arthroscopy based on IMB model was constructed.2.There was no statistically significant difference in Lysholm knee score between the two groups before surgery(P > 0.05).As time went on,Lysholm knee score of the intervention group at discharge time and 1 month after surgery was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.There was no statistically significant difference in knee range of motion between the two groups before surgery(P > 0.05).As time went on,the knee range of motion of the intervention group at discharge time and 1 month after surgery was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.There were statistically significant differences in the compliance of knee rehabilitation exercise between the two groups at the time of discharge and one month after the operation(P < 0.05),and there was a significant correlation between the two groups,with a correlation coefficient of 0.778 in the control group and 0.550 in the intervention group.5.There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative knowledge score of knee joint rehabilitation between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in comparison between the two groups and within the group at the time of discharge and one month after the operation(P < 0.01).6.There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative KOOS scores ofsymptoms,pain,daily living ability,sports and entertainment,and quality of life between the two groups(P > 0.05).With the passage of time,the scores of symptom dimension and daily living ability dimension in the intervention group at the time of discharge and 1month after the operation were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).One month after the operation,the level of pain dimension and sports and entertainment dimension score in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the time of discharge(P > 0.05).The quality of life dimension score of the two groups at the time of discharge and one month after the operation was higher than that before the operation,and the improvement level of the intervention group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups and within the group was statistically significant(P< 0.05).ConclusionThe rehabilitation nursing program of knee arthroscopy based on IMB model is feasible and practical,which can effectively improve the knee function during the hospitalization and 1 month after the operation of knee arthroscopy,improve the compliance of knee rehabilitation exercise and quality of life,and promote postoperative rehabilitation. |
