The Establishment Of Digestive Endoscopy Nurses' Training Knowledge System

Objectives:According to the result of literature review,experience and investigation,trying to build the digestive endoscopy nurses' training knowledge system and determine index weight,in order to provide guidance for clinical digestive endoscopy nurses' training and basis for managers to make the national unified system of digestive endoscopy nurses' training.Methods:1.After setting up the team and reviewing the literature,the team members interview two digestive endoscopy doctors,two nurses who work for many years,two head nurses,understand the present situation and insufficiency of the digestive endoscopy nurses' training in our country,investigate nurses' training needs,refine knowledge sections,form the first draft of digestive endoscopy nurses' training knowledge system finally.2.Using Delphi method,the team members consult 15 experts who meet the requirements in July 2016 to October 2016.Through analyzing the results,team members filter and rewrite the system entry,eventually determine the specific content of digestive endoscopy nurses' training system.3.The team members use AHP method to construct judgment matrix and calculate the index weights of training system.Using the principle of the multiplication,the combination weights are calculated in order to evaluate important degree of each index in the system.Results:1.The 15 experts from three provinces engage in the clinical nursing of digestive endoscopy,clinical medicine of digestive endoscopy,nursing management of digestive endoscopy and nursing education of digestive endoscopy.The judge coefficient of experts is0.9333,the familiarity coefficient of experts is 0.8963,authority coefficient of experts is0.9148.2.The questionnaire recovery rates of two rounds both were100%.The percents ofexperts who put forward the opinions were 66.67% and 6.67%.The Kendall W are 0.356 and 0.171.3.In the first round,there are 14 entries whose mean less than 4,2 entries whose standard deviation greater than 1,15 entries whose coefficient of variation greater than20%.25 entries were involves in experts' opinion.In the second round,the mean,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of entries were eligible.1 entries were involves in experts' opinion.4.Finally,the training knowledge system of digestive endoscopy nurse was established which including 9 first grade indicators,39 secondary indicators,142 tertiary indicators.5.The weight sorting of the first grade indicators is as follows:testing nursing knowledge of digestive endoscopy is 0.200,cleaning and disinfection knowledge of digestive endoscope is 0.200,operation nursing knowledge of digestive endoscopic is0.194,occupational safety of digestive endoscopy nurse is 0.124,auxiliary knowledge of digestive endoscopy nursing is 0.076,communication of digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment is 0.076,career development of digestive endoscopy nurse is 0.050,foundation of digestive endoscopy nursing is 0.050,conspectus of digestive endoscopy nursing is 0.029.Conclusions:1.The authority degree of experts in our study is high,so they are representational.The results have good scientific and reliability.2.The training knowledge system of digestive endoscopy nurse covers 9 modules,including conspectus of digestive endoscopy nursing,foundation of digestive endoscopy nursing,auxiliary knowledge of digestive endoscopy nursing,testing nursing knowledge of digestive endoscopy,operation nursing knowledge of digestive endoscopy,cleaning and disinfection knowledge of digestive endoscopy,occupational safety of digestive endoscopy nurse,career development of digestive endoscopy nurse,communication of digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.The index weigh of indicators are reasonable.It is feasibility and systematic.
