Epidemiology Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients In Jilin Province

Objective:Based on the data of this study as a representative group of hemodialysis patients in Jilin Province,We can further understand the epidemiological characteristics of hemodialysis patients in Jilin area of China.Methods:The data of Chinese National Renal Data System from 2014 to 2016 in Jilin province as the research object,collected information including six aspects,such as : demographic characteristics and annual variation,pathway,diagnostic information(including primary diseases,infectious complications,etc.),laboratory information(including: hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone related examination and etc.),treatment information(for the first time before hemodialysis treatment time,hemodialysis treatment,dialysis adequacy assessment,complications treatment etc.),prognosis(including: peritoneal dialysis,kidney transplantation,death,to give up treatment,lost).In order to analyze the basic epidemiological characteristics and dialysis quality of maintenance hemodialysis in Jilin province.Result:1.As of December 31,2016,the total number of dialysis centers in Jilin was 146,with a total of 2334 dialysis machines in CNRDS.23470 cases of hemodialysis patients in Jilin Province,the province's average annual increase of 4186 cases of hemodialysis patients,the growth rate is 26.66%.As to December 31,2016,the maintenance hemodialysis patients with the point prevalence rate of 8.55 cases per million population.2.The average age of maintenance hemodialysis patients in 2016 was(52.63 +.14.18)years old,and the ratio of male to female was 1.26:1.The first 3 primary causes were: primary glomerulonephritis,diabetic nephropathy and hypertensive renal injury.In our province,hemodialysis is still based on arteriovenous fistula andlong-term central venous catheterization.Low molecular weight heparin anticoagulation in hemodialysis patients in Jilin 72.84%.In the past 3 years,the average rate of patients with hemodialysis was 13.57%.The mean age of death in patients with death was 61.36 + /-11.59 years,and the mortality was about 84.90 + /-67.25 months,respectively.Cardiovascular events(47.36%)were the main causes of death.3.The average level of hemoglobin in hemodialysis patients increased year by year,the proportion of patients with 110g/L was increased year by year;2016 and2014 albumin patient compliance rate was significantly higher than that of 2015;calcium,phosphorus and PTH levels reached the proportion of patients increased year by year;the average KT/V is 1.36,and the compliance rate increased year by year.Conclusion:1.As of 31 December 2016,Jilin province dialysis center registration data in CNRDS patients with a total of 146 home dialysis machines 2334.There were 23470 cases of hemodialysis patients,the prevalence rate of each population was about 8.55.2.The first primary disease of maintenance hemodialysis patients in our province is primary glomerulonephritis.Arteriovenous fistula and long term central venous catheterization were the main routes of hemodialysis.Cardiovascular events are the leading cause of death.Hepatitis B is the most common infectious disease.3.The average level of hemoglobin in hemodialysis patients increased year by year,the proportion of patients with 110g/L was increased year by year;2016 and2014 albumin patient compliance rate was significantly higher than that of 2015;calcium,phosphorus and PTH levels reached the proportion of patients increased year by year;currently,we mainly choose KT/V as an indicator of dialysis sufficiency,the quality of dialysis has yet to be improved.
