Background: In recent years,as the tumor incidence rate is increasing year by year, the representative of antitumor drug cisplatin(Cisplatin,DDP)is more and more widely used in clinical.then the side effects it brings are paid more and more attention.Because cisplatin is a kind of antitumor drug with concentration,Therefore, the higher the concentration in a short time, the better the curative effect; However, nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity are limited to its large doses of use,so as to affect its efficacy.Cisplatin nephrotoxicity can be significantly alleviated the application through hydration therapy, diuretics and renal protective agent.but for its ototoxicity, there is no clear and effective protection and treatment in addition to interrupt treatment. Therefore ototoxicity of cisplatin, ranging from hearing loss, while completely deaf, and often irreversible, which are headache problems for clinicians.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy refers to a new type of treatment in which a patient is in a closed hyperbaric oxygen chamber and inhaled a high concentration of oxygen above one atmosphere and an oxygen partial pressure of more than 0.1 MPa to achieve a therapeutic effect. And in recent years, hyperbaric oxygen has been widely used in clinical. The advantage is that it can quickly improve the inner ear of hypoxia and microcirculation,anti-oxidative stress injury, reduce inner ear edema.Which reflects the good effect in the sudden hearing loss,noise-induced hearing loss and other related drug-induced deafness ear-borne diseases and other diseases. Objective:By observing and exploring the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cisplatin deafness, which provides a reliable clinical basis for the treatment of cisplatin deafness.Method: Through retrospective analysis of our hospital treated 42 cases of cisplatin deafness in patients with clinical data. The patients were divided into two groups: treatment group(hyperbaric drug therapy)and control group(simple drug therapy).Survival changes were monitored by monitoring pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance measurement.By analyzing the clinical data of the two groups, the prognosis and influencing factors of the two groups were compared.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis. The ratio of the count data was compared with that of the crossover test. The test level was ? = 0.05,All tests were double-dose tested(P <0.05 was statistically significant). Results: 1.In the simple drug treatment group: the cure rate was 14.8%,the effective rate was 70.4%,and the inefficiency rate was 29.6%.Drugs combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group: the cure rate of 35.1%,the effective rate of 94.6%,inefficient rate of 5.4%.The X~2 test P=0.033,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.2.The combined effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy group had different curative effect in patients with different hearing loss and deafness. The effective rate was 100.0% in the mild and moderate groups. The total effective rate was 81.8% and the inefficiency was 18.2%.The X~2 test P = 0.025,P <0.05,which was statistically significant. Conclusions: 1.There was no significant difference in the incidence of cisplatin deafness,The hearing loss is mainly moderate and severe,high-frequency hearing loss curve type-based,Binaural often occur, often accompanied by tinnitus, dizziness and other symptoms.2.Under conditions permitting,The cure rate(35.1%)and the effective rate of the drug combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(94.6%)were higher than those of the simple drug group(14.8%,70.4%).3.In the treatment time, the earlier the better the effect of treatment, with the passage of time the treatment effectiveness will be reduced.4.Degree of hearing loss can affect the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
