ObjectiveUnderstand the impact of clinical nurse information literacy level,main influencing factors,problems,causes and its direction of information demand,formulate the training plans of the clinical nurses.Methods(1)Literature Research: Analysis study and Development Status of domestic and foreign nurses' information literacy,by consult works,journals,symposiums,policy,reports.And provide basis for the study.(2)Clinical front-line personnel interview method: A method of communicating directly with the interviewer to obtain the required information.On the theme of “the requirement of the clinical nurses' information quality ”,rational distribution,and follow the principle of Professional advantage complement each other select interviewees through different parts and research directions,which include 6 nurses,6health care providers,6 medical information professionals,by “individual interview”.Dependent on the interviewee's chosen may directly relate to applicability and scientificity of the research achievement.This research with the high strict authority selection criteria:(1)bachelor degree or above,middle-level professional title orabove.(2)5years experiences clinical care or information management or above,by Grade-III comprehensive hospitals.(3)Interviewees have initiative to the consult.(4)Interviewees must have high scientific attitude.(3)Questionnaire survey: Selected 320 clinical nurses,which should be according to ?Clinical nurse information literacy questionnaire?,?clinical nurse information needs questionnaire?.Get samples from four Grade-III comprehensive hospitals by using convenience sampling method.(4)Expert group meeting: Using the “training program of clinical nurses”as the theme by the method of expert group meeting to discuss and modify training program,and make it more suitable for the clinical situation.Expert standard:(1)10 years working experiences in the relevant nursing profession,or above,familiar with the research content;(2)Senior professional title;(3)Interviewees must have high scientific attitude.14 experts participated in the discussion,from the Zhengzhou University,and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital,Henan Province Institute of traditional Chinese medicine First Affiliated Hospital,the fourth people's Hospital of Zhengzhou City.Change the first class indicator “nursing Information Morality” to “nursing Information Morality and security”.“personal care information morality” Combine with “society nursing Information Morality” change into “nursing Information Morality”,and add “nursing Information security” in the second class indicator.Remove “familiar with each software's cooperation” from the third class indicator,and change “comprehensive medical informatics' development,concepts,and programs' setting” into“comprehensive medical informatics' development,and concepts”.Detailing the training content in “the legal knowledge of the information activities”.ResultsAnalyzed the date by using IBM SPSS21.0.With general statistical description,frequency and single sample variance analysis etc.methods,at the inspection level of?=0.05.1.Capacity of the clinical nurses to operate computer the average score is 3.42,capacity to nursing information management the average score is 3.13.2.The academic record has a significant influence on the information quality of clinical nurses about age,working years,clinical teacher or not,Whether to participate in relevant training?3.Clinical nurses of different working years have statistically significant differences in the dimension of consciousness of nursing information consciousness;Whether or not a clinical teacher,or whether he has participated in the relevant training has a statistical significance for clinical nurses in computer operating ability dimensions;Educational background,the type of hospital,whether or not to participate in the relevant training in computer software management ability dimension is statistically significant;The age of the clinical nurse,years of working,and job title were statistically significant for the difference in scores of nursing information applications.4.The three dimensions of the questionnaire of clinical nurses information needs from low to high were clinical work system,network learning system,the ability to obtain information.In the survey,in the least number of nurse workstation training needs,there are 15 people,accounting for 5.1%,the largest number of statistical training needs,there are 239 people,accounting for 81.3%.5.Formulated the clinical nurse information quality training program through experts' group discussion.Which including 4 the first level indicators,26second-level indicators,62 third-level indicators,the specific training content of 152,72 training hours,and provide reliable references.Conclusion1.The stander of the information quality of clinical nurses is generally low,clinical nurses have a certain degree of knowledge of basic computer skills,but the ability to use information technology is relatively low and needs to be improved through training.2.Age,working years,job position,the title of the technical post,clinical teacher or not,whether for clinical nurses participated in the related traininginformation quality affects statistically significant;The effect of gender,marriage,and working unit on information quality is not statistically significant.3.Information quality training needs of clinical nurses,the highest demand is information acquisition skills training,followed by the network office system and the clinical care system.4.The training of the clinical nurse's information quality training program is practical.152 items containing specific training content,70 training classes,4 the first level indicators,26 third-level indicators,62 third-level indicators,at the same time also includes training outline specific implementation plan and the inspection way.It provides reliable reference for the training of information quality of clinical nurses.
