The Clinical Efficacy Observation Was Observed In The Treatment Of Hypohepatocenate,the Treatment Of Sodium Hydride With Sodium Hydride

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Shugan Nourishing Eye Treatment Analysis of dry eye secretion stagnation of the liver Qi Yin combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops search,combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of dry eye effective solution.Method:A randomized controlled study,60 cases with income insufficient secretion of dry eye liver qi stagnation were randomly divided into two groups,two groups were comparable.The treatment group used oral Shugan granule of Chinese medicine,eye drink,at the same time the application of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops eye drops(Hai Lu);the control group only used Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops eye drops(Hai Lu).A course of treatment for two weeks,a total of two courses of treatment.Recorded before treatment,during two groups of patients with ocular symptoms score,tear meniscus height,non-invasive tear break-up time(NIBUT),corneal fluorescein staining score examination results,and comparison between groups within the group.Result:1 after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,the total effective rate of the control group was 61.54%,and the difference in the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the treatment group was better than the control group.2 treatment group and control group in the treatment of 2 weeks,after one month of treatment,eye dryness,foreign body sensation,blurred vision,improve the symptoms of depression,lacrimal river height,non-invasive tear break-up time were statistically significant in the group(P<0.05);burning,photophobia,corneal fluorescein staining scores examination.In the group there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment effect and the treatment time is positively related to the treatment group and the control group,the treatment time is longer,the more obvious symptoms,liver depression and more obvious symptoms,non-invasive tear break-up time longer and increase the tear secretion is more obvious,but to improve the burning sensation,photophobia,corneal fluorescein staining score was not significantly different.3 one month after treatment in treatment group and control group on the dry eye,foreign body sensation,visual fatigue symptoms score,depression symptom score,tear river height and non-invasive tear break-up time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);burning,photophobia,corneal fluorescein staining score examination showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the dryness of the eye,foreign body sensation,blurred vision,improving the symptoms of liver depression,non invasive tear film rupture time and increasing tear secretion.While the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in the relief of heartburn,photophobia and corneal fluorescein staining score aspect.Conclusion:The positive effect of treatment and the treatment time was 1,the treatment group and control group,the treatment time is longer,the more significant the treatment effect,improve the liver depression symptoms more obvious,increase the tear secretion is more obvious and non invasive break-up time.The treatment group is better than the control group.Treatment 2,treatment group and control group were eye dryness,foreign body sensation,visual fatigue,depression symptoms,increase the rupture time of tear secretion and non invasive tear film were improved,but for the relief of burning,no obvious difference photophobia and repair corneal aspects.
