The Effect Of BFGF On The Change Of Tear Film After Phacoemulsification

Objective This study was design to evaluate the effect of bFGF on the change of tear film after phacoemulsification in rabbit eyes .Discussing the feasibility of bFGF eye drops conventional useing after phacoemulsification to amend the discomfort symptom of eye,for example dry sensation,burn sensation and foreign body sensationMethods 16 New Zealand rabbits weighing 1, 5-2, 0kg were selected and randomly divided into the normal control group(8rabbits) and the experimental group(8rabbits). transparent lens phacomulsification were performed in 32 eyes of 16 New Zealand rabbits.after phacomulsiflcation,the normal control group were used chloramphenicol eye drops and the experimental group were used bFGF eye drops.Schimers test,tear film break up time were tested on the eyes of two groups preoperatively and also on day1, day2, day3, day4, day5, day6, day7 postoperatively.The Schimers test can evaluat tear excrete function and the tear...
