Clinical Effecacy Of Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction On Sudden Deafness

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction on sudden deafness.By comparing the symptoms before and after treatment,the efficacy of Chinese herbs on sudden deafness was further discussed in order to provide more and better the rapeutic methods and effective drugs.Methods:60 patients with sudden deafness in the Otolaryngology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled,ranging from 18 to 60 years old.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combining with Kay injection,intramuscular injection,as well as vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 With intramuscular injection.The control group was only given western medicine.7 days was a course,After 14 days,results were recorded and analyzed statistically.All data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group,while 86.6%in the control group.The overall efficacy in the two groups was statistically significant by t test(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the improvement of tinnitus by test(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had equal efficacy.In the improvement of tinnitus,dizziness,irritability,bitter mouth,dry throat and distension and pain of chest and hypochondrium,the t test showed P<0.05 in both groups,indicating that the treatment groupwas superior to the control group and there was significant difference.Conclusions:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction with conventionalwestern medicinetherapy on one type of sudden deafness is just the conventional western medicine curative effecthas obvious superiority,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is better than pure western medicine treatment.(2)The combination of Chinese and western medicine tinnitus,dizziness,irritability,bitter mouth,dry throat and distension and pain of chest and hypochondrium improve Curative effect is distinct,the treatment group is better than the control group.
