Effect Of Drospirenone And Ethinylestradiol Tablets Via Oral On Endometrial Repair After Injury

Objective:Two aspects(clinical studies and experimental)are described in in this article in order to explore the effect of Yasmin on endometrial repair after injury by intervening endometrial injury model with Yasmin,and thus providing evidence for the postoperative treatment of intrauterine operation.Methods:(1)Retrospective analysis from December 2016 to April 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University,232 cases of artificial abortion.With the patient informed consent,voluntary patients were treated with oral Yasmin is set in the experimental group,a total of 92 cases.The remaining 140 patients as the control group have no special treatment.The age,maternal history,number of abortion,menopause,weight and other indicators were observed.asked patients postoperative vaginal bleeding,2 weeks after gynecological ultrasound results,the first menstrual cramps time after surgery,bad Reaction and so on.(2)After selecting the nature of birth 80-110 mature female fertility is not a virgin SD SPF level rat,a total of 20.Establishment of endometrial injury models were randomly divided into 3 groups,random number table method were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group and the blank group,observed rat on the right and left uterine appearance with the surrounding organs adhesions,different shape,observe the presence or absence of each rat uterus intrauterine adhesions.frozen section,electron microscope observation after imunostaining.Results:(1)General index in the experimental group and the control group,age,pregnancy history,the number of abortions,the time of menopause,etc.,were not statistically significant.The time of postoperative vaginal bleeding was 9.79±7.30 and 3.59±1.89 days in the control group and the experimental group,respectively.After the first menstrual period in the experimental group than the conrol group:25.16±4.57:35.83±9.69 days,both sets of data suggest that the control group and the experimental group were statistically significant.Two weeks later the patients return to hospital review,gynecological ultrasound examination showed the two groups in endometrial thickness and endometrial uniform conditions were no significant statistically significant(2)Endometrial lesions in rats Postoperative 1,group A and group B endometrial pathological changes have no significant difference;Postoperative 3,group A and group B mild damage model is seen MHCII and BrdU positive cells,and group B severe damage to the morphology,there was no significant difference in Postoperative 1.Postoperative 5;mild damage model of A and B groups,the structure of visible endometrial glands,the lining of the continuity of reaching full,group A severe damage model lining continuity than mild complete,and there are so many BrdU positive cells.However severe damage model without lining organization in group B,no glands and BrdU positive cells.Postoperative 7,lining structure basic were returned to normal,but in group B severe model uterine cavity appears different white fibrosis organization from normal endometrium structure,partial uterine cavity line did not see clearly and structure disorder,caused by intrauterine adhesions.Conclusions:Oral yasmin can promote macrophage aggregation,endometrial cell proliferation,accelerate endometrial epithelium,and maintain the continuity of endometrium and integrity,prevented intrauterine adhesions effectively.But after the oral yasmin vaginal bleeding irregularly for a long time,under guidance of doctors to oral yasmin as postoperative adjuvant therapy.
