By collecting the four diagnostic information of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this study makes a statistical analysis on the relevant data to look for the rules of syndrome differentiation of Hidrosis after Open Heart Surgery. In this way,it could provide the basis for the Dialectic Analysis of Hidrosis after Open Heart Surgery from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and guide the clinical syndrome and treatment of Hidrosis after surgery. Objective:To explore the rules of syndrome differentiation of Hidrosis after Open Heart Surgery,to provide the basis for the Hidrosis after Open Heart Surgery from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to guide the clinical syndrome and treatment of Hidrosis after surgery.Methods:204 cases of Open Heart Surgery in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital and Nanjing First Hospital from June,2016 to February,2017 are collected.By adopting the factor analysis and cluster analysis methods,a preliminary study on the TCM symptoms characteristics and the rules of syndrome differentiation of Hidrosis after Open Heart Surgery are made. Results:The syndrome differentiation of Hidrosis after Open Heart Surgery is divided into four types:Qi deficiency syndrome,phlegm-damp syndrome, damp heat syndrome, and Qi Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Common symptoms is postoperative sweating. The main symptoms of Qi deficiency syndromes are:pale tongue, body fatigue, exhausted, shortness of breath, excessive phlegm and yellow, body drowsiness, distressed, constipation, night sweats, back sweat, afternoon tidal fever, wiry pulse, and bitter taste. The main symptoms of phlegm-damp syndrome are:aversion to wind while sweating, steamed sweat, pale tongue, greasy tongue coating, sweat after slight work, more dreams, irritability, wiry and rapid pulse, and yellow urine. The main symptoms of damp heat syndrome are:tired and fatigue, drowsiness, sweat, gloomy complexionl, distressed, irritability, heat sweating, dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,palpitations,greasy yellow tongue coating, lusterless complexion, and taste bitter. The main symptoms of Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency are:copious sweat after slight work, exhausted, shortness of breath, fever, drowsiness, irritability, hemihidrosis, dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,flushing,less tongue coating and saliva, back sweat, palpitations,Yellow urine, afternoon tidal fever, insomnia less sleep sound, and taste bitter. Conclusions:In the study of 204 cases, the ratio of male to female is 1.29:1.In the syndrome distribution, the Qi Deficiency Syndrome occupies the highest proportion, and the left is Phlegm-damp Syndrome>Damp-heat Syndrome>Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency. For the male, the Phlegm-dampnessQi Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome has the highest ratio, and the accounts the least. For the female, the the Qi Deficiency Syndrome has the highest ratio, and the Qi Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency accounts the least. There's no statistical difference in gender in the syndromes distribution.Patients from 61 years old to 70 years old account for a large proportion, while from 81 to 90 years old has the least. There's no difference in age in the syndromes distribution.Phlegm-damp Syndrome is common for patients aged from 51 to 60 years old.Qi Deficiency Syndrome is more common for patients of other ages.
