Preliminary Study On Clinical Experience And Academic Thoughts Of Professor Li Qiyi In Treating Hidrosis Syndrome

Objective:Hidrosis syndrome is a common clinical disease.Professor Li Qiyi has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Hidrosis syndrome.In the aspect of his treatment on the Hidrosis syndrome,explore and discuss the academic thoughts of law of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and herb-medicine prescription,summarize and sum up the clinical experience and academic thought,explore and discuss the new thinking on sweating Hidrosis syndrome.Methods:Investigate Hidrosis syndrome patients who accept medical treatment and meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standard are collected at TCM hall room four of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to April 2017.They are divided into four groups by syndrome of Damp-heat in the Interior and Deficiency of the surface cannot retain solid and Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat and Stagnated heat lurk in interior from 156 patients,30 cases each.According to TCM Syndrome Differentiation Standard,collect the social demographic characteristics and the syndrome type in TCM of patients.Treat patients of each group with different traditional Chinese medicine based on Professor Li Qiyi's clinical experience.Observe and analyze the scores changes of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment and compare the curative effect difference.Results:There are no differences in age,gender and the score of TCM symptom before treatment between the four groups of patients.The cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate of syndrome of Damp-heat in the Interior,syndrome of Deficiency of the surface cannot retain solid are 73.33 percent,70.00 percent,syndrome of Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat,syndrome of Stagnated heat lurk in interior are 66.67 percent,63.33 percent.The scores changes of TCM symptoms and the points of the specific items of the four groups are all statistically significant,but there is no statistically significant difference between the four groups after the treatment.The scores changes of main clinical symptoms(The frequency,percentage of body surface area,humidity of skin,uncomfortable feeling of sweating)of each group were significantly improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Li Qiyi's treatment of Hidrosis syndrome is effective.It is worth further research and excavation.
