Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ovarian Premature Senility With Kidney - Yin - Yang Deficiency Type By Yishen Anti - Decoction And

Objective:The purposes of the presents study are to investigate the effects and mechanisms of yi shen kang shuai Soup and ke ling meng medicine on wane of yin and yang of premature ovarian failure (POF) through a clinical study.Methods:In clinical research 46 women with wane of yin and yang of POF are chosen with a randomized and controlled interventional study. We classified the patients into 2 groups,24 women with wane of yin and yang of POF are chosen as treated group,22 women with wane of yin and yang of POF are chosen as control group。The treatment group were mainly treated with yi shen kang shuai Soup and ke ling meng medicine, and the controls were treated with ke ling meng medicine which is hormone replacement therapy (HRT) of artificial cycle therapy. Three-month duration was considered as a therapeutic course Systematic observation of its treatment in menstruation, the clinical symptoms score, the serum hormone levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)、estradiol(E2) and luteinzing hormone(LH), and ultrasound change in differences between the treatment and control groups。Results:Improved menstruation were revealed in both groups and the treatment group showed significant improvement than the control group (P<0.05)。The total effect in treatment group was 91.67%, while that in control group was 63.63%。Improved symptoms score were revealed in both groups and the treatment group showed significant improvement than the control group(P<0.05)。Both group can raise the content of serum E2,lowering the content of serum FSH and LH。The treatment group showed significant improvement than the control group in E2 (P<0.05)。Improved endometrial thickness were revealed in both groups and the treatment group showed significant improvement than the control group(P<0.05)。Uterine size and ovarian size were showed no significant improvement in both groups。Conclusions:Due to invigorating the kidney and nourishing jing in addition to the function improvement of menstruation and anti-fading, which is assumed that the therapy of treatment soup might be a good approach in treating wane of yin and yang of POF。The yi shen kang shuai Soup and ke ling meng medicine could effective benefit patients suffering from the wane of yin and yang of POF via significant improvements in menstruation, clinical symptoms, serum hormones and endometrial thickness。The treatment group was superior to the ke ling meng medicine of artificial cyele therapy.。...
