Meta Analysis And Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Hormone Replacement Therapy In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:Using Meta-analysis on randomized controlled trial and clinical controlled trial literatures of TCM combined with HRT for POI,and through clinical observation of Bushen Shugan Decoction for POI,to provide evidence-based medicine for clinical application of TCM combined HRT in the treatment of POI.Methods:Retrieval in CNKI,WANFANG Data,VIP and Sino Med published in POI of Chinese clinical trials,use the Review Manager5.3 software provided by Cochrane to Meta analysis the effective data extracted from the inclusion literatures,evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with HRT in the treatment of POI.The 60 patients with POI that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with the self-designed Bushen Shugan Decoction and Femonston,and the control group was treated with placebo and Femonston for 3 months.Using SPSS23.0 to evaluate the total clinical efficiency,symptom scores before and after treatment,the level of FSH,E₂and AMH of the two groups.And observe the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:TCM combined with HRT can improve the clinical efficacy more effectively,reduce the level of FSH,improve the level of E₂,relieve clinical syndrome,promote the sinus follicle growth and the development of ovarian,increase the ovarian blood flow velocity and blood flow pulsation,reduce ovarian blood flow resistance,reduce the BGP and ALP levels in the body,improve the level of CT and delay the onset of osteoporosis,lower the level of TG and TC,reduce the risk of Cardiovascular disease,higher levels of CD3+and CD4+lymphocytes,enhance immunity,reduce the possibility of recurrence of POI.The observation group was treated with the Bushen Shugan Decoction and Femonston,before and after treatment,the total clinical efficacy,the Symptoms integral of GanYuShenXu,the level of FSH,E₂,AMH of the Observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the treatment is safer than the control group.Conclusion:TCM combined with HRT in the treatment of POI proved to be clinical efficacy,however,the reliability of the results can be studied by using a randomized controlled trial with multiple centers and large samples.Bushen Shugan Decoction with Femonston for POI is Effective and safe.
