| Object:Observe tiaozhi decoction treatment of phlegm and blood stasis resistance type complex clinical curative effect and safety of combined dyslipidemia in patients with coronary heart disease,to provide new treatment thoughts and methods for clinical.Methods:60 Hospitalized patients in XuZhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosed from April 2016 to January 2017 with phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding type coronary heart disease combined dyslipidemia were randomly assigned into therapy group(29 cases)and control group(31 cases).Control group taking aspirin enteric-coated tablets,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet,Atorvastatin,isosorbide mononitrate,ect.The therapy group was added Tiaozhi decoction more.After the 30 days,compared the changes of serum lipid parameter,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,Chinese medicine syndrome Scale and the security indexes of two groups before and after treatment in both groups.Data via SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:In the two groups after treatment the serum lipid parameterare reduced,and the therapy group compared with control group serum lipid parameter reduced more significantly.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups can reduce the hypersensitive C-reactive protein level,but two groups there was no statistically significant difference effect(P>0.05).Two groups of Chinese medicine syndrome Scale are improved,the therapy group is superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious change security indexes before and after treatment in both groups,there was no statistically significant difference compared with two group.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhi decoction combined weatern medicine can improve the phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding type combined dyslipidemia in patients with coronary heart disease clinical symptoms,significantly reduce serum lipid,security is relatively good,worthy of clinical popularization. |
