Object:Through observing the impact of Tiao-zhi tang on blood lipids and clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia, to estimate the clinical curative effect of Tiao-zhi tang. Methods:According to the criteria,60 chosen cases of coronary heart disease with dyslipidemia type in phlegm and blood stasis were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by Tiao-zhi tang and western medicine while the control group was treated by conventional western medicine. The two groups were all treated for 2 months. Then observe the blood lipids, Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, and angina pectoris changes during the treatment.Results:(1) The regulations of blood lipids:In regulating TC、TG、HDL-C, the treatment group has a total effective rate of 83.33%,86.67%,70.00%, while the control group has a total effective rate of 76.67%,63.33%,46.67%.The effective rates of the two groups have differences in regulating TG and HDL-C(P<0.05), but there is no difference in regulating TC(P>0.05).The study also shows that the treatment of two groups can both regulate patients’ blood lipids, but the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).(2)The impact of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease:the total efficiencies of the treatment group and the control one are 83.33%、60.00%, and there has a difference between two groups (P<0.05). (3) Comparison of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:the total efficiency of the treatment group is 86.67%, and the control group is 63.33%, which suggests a difference between two groups (P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group of chest stuffiness, stabbing pain, head heaviness, vomiting phlegm, tasteless and poor appetite have significant differences after treatment (P<0.01), while the control group has differences in chest stuffiness, stabbing pain and tasteless (P<0.05).And the the treatment group is better than the control one at improving symptoms of chest stuffiness, stabbing pain, head heaviness, vomiting phlegm, tasteless, poor appetite (P<0.05). (4) The observation of safety:During the treatment, the two groups show no damages of liver, kidney or any other adverse reactions, which indicates the safety of Tiao-zhi tang. Conclusion:The combination of Tiao-zhi tang and conventional western medicine, which is a effective and safe treatment plan, can further optimize patients’ lipid levels, and regulate clinical symptoms. |
