ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, and to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, and to improve the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection,so as to provide new ideas and treatment programs for clinical treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.MethodsChildren with recurrent respiratory infection who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them, the treatment group was given acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, and the treatment groups were selected as beiyu point, sisui point and zusanli point. The control group was given general anti-infection therapy for a period of 6 weeks. The effects of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and control group on the number of repeated respiratory tract infections and immunoglobulin in children were compared.Efficacy,IgA,IgM,IgG,T lymphocyte subsets,CD4+,CDS+,and CD4+/CD8+ levels and safety were assessed before treatment,6 weeks after treatment, and 6 months after treatment.Resu ts1.The patients in the treatment group were treated and followed up,and the abscission rate was%.Patients in the control group were treated and followed up.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in gender, age, immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups, which were comparable.2.Total clinical efficacy of the treatment group and control group samples:the total effective rate of the treatment group was%,and the total effective rate of the control group was%.05).3.Analysis of IgA,IgM,IgG levels:The IgA and IgM levels of children in the acupuncture and moxibustion group were higher after treatment than before treatment.IgG level was lower than before treatment4.T lymphocyte subsets:CD4+ CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ levels:children in the acupuncture and moxibustion group had higher CD4+ levels after treatment than before treatment, and higher CD8+ levels than before treatment. The level of CD4+/CD8+ was higher than that before treatmentConclusionAcupuncture and moxibustion can effectively treat children's repeated respiratory tract infections and alleviate the number of children' s respiratory tract infections within 6 months after treatment; The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory infection is achieved by regulating the immune function in children, mainly by regulating immunoglobulin and T lymphocytes...
