The Clinical Research Of Sequential Oral Prescription Of Nourishing Yin And Invigorating Yan Combined With IUI In Infertilitas Due To Ovulation Failure

Objective:To validate the role which sequential oral prescription of Nourishing Yin and invigorating Yan plays in IUI combining with ovulation stimulants.During the clinical process where sequential oral prescription of Nourishing Yin and invigorating Yan acts,investigate the mechanism of this therapy,declaring positive evidence for combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the future.Methods:From January 2012 to February 2015,197 stimulant IUI cycles were finished due to ovulation failure in Generative division.Jiangsu Province Chinese Medicine Hospital.All cases were reviewed retrospectively and analyzed for clinical value of sequential oral prescription of Nourishing Yin and invigorating Yan.According to differences of medicine program,cases are divided into two groups,one is pure western group,the other is combined group(Chinese medicine combined with western).Comparing two groups,volume dose of Gn,days of Gn,Endometrial thickness on the day injecting HCG,monozygosity,pregnancy rate and pregnant results will be observed.Results:Volume dose of Gn,days of Gn in the combined group are significantly less than the western group,P<0.05.Compared with western group,monozygosity rate,pregnancy rate in the combined group is remarkably higher.P<0.05.There are no obvious differences among other clinical indexes.Conclusion:Volume dose of Gn,days of Gn could be reduced markedly by taking the prescription of Nourishing Yin and invigorating Yan,leading to more monozygosity.Sequentially,for less stimulation to ovaries,more improvement at follicular quality and pregnant rate...
