Clinical Observation On Treatment Of GERD And IBS-C Overlap By Method Of Qingre Yiqi Tongfu

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Method of Qingre Yiqi Tongfu in treating GERD and IBS-C Overlap.Methods:62 patients with GERD and IBS-C overlap and who were diagnosed with stomach heat,abnormal rising of the qi and intestinal distension,were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group of 30 cases,was treated with Chinese herbal medicine about Qingre Jiangni Hechagn method.And the control group of 32 cases,was treated with rabeprazole and bifidobacteria.Treatment for 8 weeks,the main individual symptom score,total symptom score,TCM symptom score of the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment,after treatment and withdrawal 4 weeks.All of the data were statistical analyzed by SPSS 20 statistical software.Results:First,we payde attention to the comparison of main symptoms score of the two groups.In group comparison,the main symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison among groups,in the relief of abdominal pain,constipation,the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).However,in the relief of heartburn,acid reflux,the treatment group was better than control group(P>0.05).Second,we compared the main symptom scores of the two groups.In group comparison,after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison among groups,the total score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Third,we compared TCM symptom score of the two groups.The treatment group cured 1 cases,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective in 23 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.3%.The control group cured 0 cases,markedly effective in 1 cases,effective in 24 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,the total effective rate was 78.1%.The efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group by statistical test(P<0.05).At last,we compared Long-term efficacy evaluation,the difference of total symptom score between after treatment and 4 weeks after withdrawal in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the increase degree of the symptom score of the treatment group was less than that of the control group after treatment.The long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The effect of the method of Qingre Yiqi Tongfu was remarkable.It could improve the symptoms,and had good long-term effect,and it's worthy of further research and promotion.
