The Observation Of The Compare Of The Efficacy Between The Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM And The Agreement Prescription On The Chronic Glomerulonephritis Syndrome

Chronic glomerulonephritis belongs to the clinical common disease,frequently occurs in the crowd,is hidden and not easy to be find,is the main causes of chronic renal failure in our country.As we know,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has its unique advantage in curing this kind of disease.Due to the lacking of unifying concrete methods of treatment and medication,there is a large degree of difference exists in curative effect.Purpose:Under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM,Using the treatment based on syndrome differentiation as principle compares the curative effect of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM and the agreement prescription.To evaluate the treatment effect by comparing before and after treatment of both methods in the clinical curative effect,further,improving the chronic glomerulonephritis in the choice of the formulas of TCM treatment.Methods:Selecting 60 patients which are diagnosed as CGN and conform to the inclusion criteria,they were randomly divided into the treatment based on syndrome differentiation group and the agreement prescription group,thirty cases each.The test shall be conducted by the jiangsu province hospital,comparing the clinical curative effect of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and agreement prescription,and security research.Selecting 60 patients aged 14-70 years old,in the jiangsu province hospital nephrology department clinic and ward,according with both chronic pellet nephritis diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine diagnostic criteria of patients as the subjects,all cases of syndrome differentiation were performed by teacher alone.Group A with treatment based on syndrome differentiation + symptomatic treatment + general treatment,group B with(the jian sheng slice +xue sai tong capsule)+ symptomatic treatment + general treatment,Two groups of patients were treated for 3 months,Observing two groups of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,routine urine and kidney function,comparing the clinical curative effect and safety.Results:Disease curative effect:the clinical effective rate of treatment based on syndrome differentiation group is 89.99%,the agreement prescription group is 76.67%,The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect shows that:the effective rate of treatment based on syndrome differentiation group is 86.67%,the agreement prescription group is 76.66%.In the process of this test,two groups of patients had no records of adverse reactions and adverse events,also found no experimental drug related with clinical significance of changes.Conclusions:Through clinical observation and statistics results before and after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 60 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis are effective,but the treatment based on the syndrome differentiation treatment group is more significant.The study shows that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is for sure,but we still need to promote based on principles of evidence-based medicine.
