The Therapy Of Retention Enema Of Qianlietong ? In The Treatment Of Type ?A Prostatitis (Damp Heat Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Study

Objective:By observing the QianLieTong ? retention enema treat type ?A prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome)curative effect,explore the effect of chronic ?A prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome)efficacy index.To verify the effectiveness and reliability of QianLieTong ? in treating type ?A prostatitis,To provide a new thread and a new method for type ? prostatitis.Methods:From 2015 May to 2016 February type ?A prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome)clinical patients 60 cases,randomly assigned by age range,then divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the treatment group treated received QianLieTong ?(150mL,retention enema,qd);control group received QianLieBiEr-TongShuan,(2.2g,into the anus,qd).course of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,respectively,using American National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI),chronic prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome)symptom scores,rectal palpation of the prostate,prostate massage fluid for microscopic examination.The severity and efficacy evaluation of ?A prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome).Results:(1)Both QianLieTong ? and QianLieBiErTongShuan can effectively treat type ?A prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance certif cate).(2)According to Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation standard,the treatment group and control group in clinical effectiveness were 86.7%and 60.0%respectively.According to the western medicine standard,two groups in clinical effectiveness were 90.0%and 63.3%respectively There was statistical difference between two groups in the total effective rate(P<0.05).(3)Degree of improvement in NIH-CPSI,TCM clinical symptom Integral,White blood cells and lecithin corpuscle of Prostate massage fluid.(4)Degree of effectiveness in prostate tenderness and swelling of the prostate treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Degree of effectiveness in Prostate nodules was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:QianLieTong ? retention enema can be effectted in the treatment of type ?A prostatitis(hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome).reduce the NIH-CPSI scoreand TCM clinical symptom Integral index scores;Reduce the number of white blood cells in prostate massage fluid;Increase the number of lecithin corpuscle in prostate massage liquid;Reduce swelling of prostate;Relieve tenderness of prostate,Clinical studies confirmed that QianLieTong ? is safe and effective.
