Study On Standardization Of Preventive Treatment Of Disease Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To carry out the standardization research about preventive treatment of allergic rhinitis and establish a scientific,standardized,practical standard for preventive treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:First,the ancient and modern literature research.By setting the search words and using search tools,find the relevant literature extensively.According to different types of documents,we assess the quality of literature by different evaluation methods.Select the literature of diagnosis and preventive treatment of TCM and combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The study reports are come into being.Secondly,using the Delphi method to carry out three rounds of questionnaire survey,after each round of experts to return to the questionnaire,we conduct statistical analysis and research experts' comments to form the draft guide.Subsequently,we invite the specialist of the field,literature and general steering group to argue the rough draft,after revising and improving,the preliminary manuscript of guideline comes into being.Then,we send the preliminary manuscript of guideline to peer experts of Chinese medicine standards research and extension base(pilot)construction unit for comments.According to the principle of "evidence based",we have studied all the ideas returned,decided whether to adopt and proposed a reason,basing on these,the evaluation draft comes into being.For the formation of evaluation draft,10 tertiary hospitals were invited to carry out of clinical consistency evaluation of 200 cases.At the same time,the department of ENT branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine has designated 4 experts of Chinese Medicine Department of ENT,Chinese medicine and Western Medicine Department of ENT to evaluate the quality of methodology(AGREE ?).Based on the feedback recommendations of clinical consensus assessment and methodological quality evaluation,we conducted a comprehensive review and revision of the evaluation draft.After the expert guidance group audit,the public draft of practice guideline of TCM for preventive treatment of allergic rhinitis comes into being.Results:The public draft of practice guideline of TCM for preventive treatment of allergic rhinitis which is consistent with clinical practice;scientific and standardized comes into being.Conclusion:The establishment of this guide not only can guide the "preventive treatment"work of allergic rhinitis,but also enrich and perfect the TCM treatment of disease and health service system,service the cause of human health services.
