ObjectiveIn recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, the diseases of the cardiovascular system to become a major killer of human health, its existence has universality, younger age, great harm, cause our great attention.Research has proved that dyslipidemia can cause high lipoprotein hematic disease, fatty liver, ketosis, protein reduce disease related diseases, such as the serious influence children's physical and mental health. The purpose of this subject is to study obese children serum chemerin and dyslipidemia correlation, understanding of obese children serum chemerin levels are associated with blood lipid metabolism, provide better and more convenient for clinical screening guidelines.MethodsSelection in March 2015 to November 2016 to dalian municipal central hospital check-up of obese children aged 6-10 as the research object.According to body mass index and blood lipids index research object can be divided into three groups: Group A: obese children dyslipidemia;Group B: blood lipids of obese children;Control group: healthy children.Record the basic situation of the research object, then measured height and weigh, calculated body mass index.Fasting 12 hours dawn in venous blood test indicators: fasting plasma glucose, serum triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting insulin, serum chemerin, then calculated homeostasis modelassessment of insulin resistance.Using SPSS20.0 software for data entry and statistics analysis,With X ąS said measurement data, compared using analysis of variance between groups;count data by chi-square test;Correlation analysis using linear correlation analysis and multiple factors logistic regression analysis,P < 0.05 for the difference has a significant meaning.ResultsThis study selected 20 cases of dyslipidemia in obese children,20 children with normal blood lipid in obese and 20 patients in the control group,15 cases obtained complete data of dyslipidemia in obese children,17 cases of normal blood lipid in obese children and 20 healthy children.1.The comparison of three groups of risk factors: Obesity complicating dyslipidemia group and obesity group blood lipids family history, obesity, dyslipidemia group's family history of dyslipidemia statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of three groups of physiological and biochemical indexes:obesity combined dyslipidemia and obesity blood lipids group in body weight, body mass index, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index,triglyceride,cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c)and serum chemerin statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Two groups of obese patients chemerin and physiological indicators of relevance: obese patients serum chemerin is associated with body weight, body mass index.Obesity combined dyslipidemia group serum chemerin and insulin resistance index, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c)were positively correlated(P < 0.05);Serum chemerin obesity blood lipids group were positively correlated with insulin resistance index(P < 0.05).4.Obesity combined dyslipidemia logistic regression analysis of relevant factors: insulin resistance index, body mass index and chemerin was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions1.For children aged between 6 and 10 years, obesity or dyslipidemia can lead to increased levels of serum chemerin.2.For children aged between 6 and 10 years, the levels of serum chemerin and body weight, bmi, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)and insulin resistance index.3.Serum chemerin level, body mass index, insulin resistance index and obesity in children aged between 6 and 10 years combined dyslipidemia are closely related.4.Children aged between 6 and 10 years obesity and dyslipidemia has obvious tendency of family.
