Research On Private Capital Into The Medical Service Industry Under The New Medical Reform

March 2009,the State Council promulgated the "on deepening the medical and health system of opinions",marking China's medical reform has entered a new,substantive reform.The new medical reform and innovation required run medical institutions and mechanisms to encourage the active participation of social capital to do medicine.In 2012,national health care field is officially listed as one of the seven main industry of private capital investment.But the social capital into the medical field,the establishment and development of medical institutions of the country to encourage social capital to enter the medical field goal still has a certain gap,there is still a large market demand and space.I,as a medical area of investment,in order to better grasp the new medical reform of social capital to do medicine opportunities;In order to solve the shortage of medical resources currently provided through the social construction;in order to be able to really play the social capital to do medicine advantages and characteristics,special research on this topic.This dissertation compares the difference between China and other countries at the social capital to do medicine,summed up the experience of foreign Shehuibanyi and current characteristics of China's social capital to do medicine;by analyzing China's current laws and national policies on the relevant documents,and the current our social capital to do medicine policy environment,social environment,economic environment,cultural environment and other factors,the stage presents current health and social problems facing our country do capital;on the status of our country Shekuaibanyi studied and exploration results Conclusion: the core of social capital to do medicine physician group;social capital to do medicine platform for medical resources;social capital run medical support private investment.Through the above research,it explores the theoretical basis of social capital to do medicine,case support,strategy and action plan a reality.Social capital held medical institutions in our country at this stage,it would be an effective complement system of public medical resources.Under effective supervision,provided that the level of protection of health,social and medical institutions adhere to the public nature of health care and choose a variety for their own development model to enhance the humane treatment services,the implementation of enterprise operating system,establish their own brands and medical professional medical team,stable and healthy and sustainable development,social benefits and win-win economic benefits and thus,for the health care of our people to contribute to the cause.
