ObjectiveTo investigate the ratio of vascular invasion,to explore whether there is a correlation between the new blood vessels and inflammatory markers, and to explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery in order to predict the effect of vascular invasion.Methods50 cases of herniated disc herniation were treated with percutaneous endoscopic surgery and percutaneous laminectomy, and the relationship between the correlation factors and inflammatory factors was evaluated.ResultsFinishing 50 cases of intervertebral disc tissue in 28 cases of vascular invasion,22 cases without vascular invasion, vascular invasion rate was 56%;as can be seen from table and no vascular invasion and age is,no significant difference;in three different types of lumbar disc herniation, prominent expression was the lowest. The extrusion type was elevated, free type cervical intervertebral disc herniation in vascular invasion rate was 46.4%,with statistical significance;the patient within June, vascular invasion rate was significantly higher than that in June more than the rate of infiltration of vascular tissue, the differences were statistically significant.Patients in the percutaneous internal diameter after discectomy, symptoms were obviously relieved postoperatively compared with preoperative had statistically significant;vascular invasion group and vascular invasion group the postoperative curative effect compared with no statistical difference, regardless of the recovery effect of vascular invasion or not does not affect postoperative patients. The experimental results can detect inflammatory related factors and vascular related factors, but the amount of data is too small,it can not explain whether there is correlation between them.ConclusionMinimal invasive endoscopic spinal surgery(PETD)or posterior discectomy(PEID),two minimally invasive methods can solve the clinical symptoms of patients, and they are fully effective. The clinical study showed that age and neovascularization in patients with lumbar disc herniation has more severe vascular invasion rate is high, the highest rate of expression in June, and vascular invasion or not and the postoperative recovery is not related, therefore not according to how many vascular invasion of the capillary network to determine whether surgery must be removed to a vessel the organization to predict the effect of the operation.According to the experimental results, that there is a correlation between the numerical value of VEGF and vascular related factors CD34,IL-1,IL-8,TNF-a numerical beta related inflammatory markers may have positive correlation, suggesting that expression of vascular related factors and inflammatory factors may have a positive correlation, but still need to study more and more large sample further.
