Clinical Observation On Protrusion Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated By MED And PELD

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect between microendoscopic and TESSYS for treatment of Prominent lumbar disc herniation.Method:To use the microendoscopic and TESSYS to cure Prominent lumbar disc herniation.This study selected 60 Prominent lumbar disc herniation patients treated by microendoscopic or TESSYS.To observe the situation of intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications and postoperative ambulation time.Using the JOA score to evaluate the effect of Prominent lumbar disc herniation treated by microendoscopic or TESSYS.Result: All cases had no infection of incision operation. The patients were treated by JOA score, the excellent and good rate was.Conclusion: Compared with microendoscopic on treating Prominent lumbar disc herniation,This study considers TESSYS have advantages on less blood loss, postoperative ambulation earlier. TESSYS is an ideal method of treating prominent lumbar disc herniation,is worthy of clinical use.
