| ObjectiveAccording to the clinical experience,we selected the temperature of acupoint moxibustion as the means of research intervention,and evaluated the clinical curative effect of the posterior circulation of blood and acupuncture and moxibustion at the end of the postural acupoints,and clarified its treatment characteristics,advantages and safety.We observe whether the temperature of acupoint moxibustion has clinical promotional value and provide a certain clinical,scientific research methods of the posterior circulation ischemia.MethodThe patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.According to the standard of rejection and the standard of dislocation,the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.And so on,and finally collected the complete data for the treatment group(back shu temperature temperature acupuncture)29 people,the control group(conventional acupuncture)29 people.Before treatment,the basic data of the patients were collected and the DARS scale and the vertigo score scale were used to record the patient's TCD test results.The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion at the back shu,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was treated once every other day.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The patients with basic diseases had no effect on the basis of this study.Doctor medication.At the end of the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,DARS scale score,vertigo score score,TCD examination results changes,and pay close attention to treatment abnormalities as clinical safety observation data.ResultThe studies showed that the recovery case,marked case,effective case and ineffective case in treatment group were respectively 9,15,4 and 2 and it respectively accounted for 32.03%,51.72%,13.79%,6.901%.Treatment,group total effectiveness was 93.10%.The studies showed that the recovery case,marked case,effective case and ineffective case in control group were respectively 4,10,9 and 6 and it respectively accounted for 34.48%,34.48%,31.03%,20.69%.Control group total effectiveness was 79.31%The overall efficacy of circulating ischemic vertigo in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The DARS score of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of DARS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of vertigo in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The Pvalue of vertigo,headache and insomnia in each symptom score was less than 0.01,which proved that the effect of treatment group in the three aspects is better than that of control group on the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia disease.The P value of dizziness' s frequency and duration,lassitude with weakness was less than 0.05,which proved that the effect of treatment group in the two aspects was better than that of control group on the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia disease.The Pvalue of nausea and vomiting,tinnitus,upset forgetfulness,throat dry mouth was more than 0.005,which proved that the two groups both had a positive effect on the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia disease in the 4 aspects.TCD examination results showed that after treatment,the two groups of blood flow velocity was significantly increased(P<0.01),TCD test results compared to the difference in the treatment group to improve the post-circulation ischemia stasis syndrome after the circulation of the overall blood flow velocity And left vertebral artery pulsatility index was significantly better than the control group.In general,the overall improvement in the results of TCD examination was better than that of conventional acupuncture.ConclusionFrom the total curative effect,DARS rating scales,vertigo rating scales as well as TCD examination results,the Back-shu point warm acupuncture is beneficial to ameliorate the syndromes of posterior circulation of blood stasis.Its effect is much better than regular acupuncture.Besides,the adopted method is more saft,which means it will not cause extra damages as long as operated correctly.As a result,it can eliminate the possibility of liver and kidney damage during drug treatments.Therefore equipped with the features of safety,convenience,low price and high efficacy,it is worth popularzing. |
