| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy as the treatment of the stagnation of qi and blood stasis tape of vascular dementia using the Scalp and Back-shu points,Explore the clinical treatment of vascular dementia to a safe,effective and convenient treatment.Methods:60 cases of the outpatient department vascular dementia patients witch were accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly divided into 30 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group.Treatment group are using the Scalp and Back-shu points on the contrary the control group are encouraging the oral treatment of western medicine duxil,bouth group treatment for four weeks.Before treatment some objective indicators such as the gender,age,education level, duration,severity,would be detect in order to clear the comparable,the patients are valuated by MMSE,ADL and efficacy of Chinese medicine to stay disease rating scale before and after the treatment,the data were analyzed with statistical analysis software spss16.0.Results:1.The MMSE score were significantly different before and after treatment of patients in Acupuncture group(P＜0.01).It pointed out that the treatment using the Scalp and Back-shu point for the stagnation of qi and blood stasis tape of vascular dementia was better efficacy;2.The ADL score were significantly different before and after treatment of patients in Acup-uncture group(P＜0.01).It pointed out that the treatment using the Scalp and Back-shu point for the stagnation of qi and blood stasis tape of vascular dementia was better efficacy;3.The MMSE and ADL score compared with the Treatment group and control group showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).It pointed out that the treatment using the Scalp and Back-shu point for the stagnation of qi and blood stasis tape of vascular dementia ware as better efficacy as po.medicine of Duxil;4.The results of the assessment using the Efficacy criteria of Chinese medicine Dementia showed no significant difference(P＞0.05), It pointed out that the treatment using the Scalp and Back-shu point for the stagnation of qi and blood stasis tape of vascular dementia ware as better efficacy as po.medicine of Duxil;Conclusion:1.The treatment using the Scalp and Back-shu point can improve the mental sate and activity of daily living of dementia patients as stagnation of qi and blood stasis tape. 2.The treatment using the Scalp and Back-shu point is an effective and reliable new method of vascular dementia treatment.It should be applied in clinical. |
