Clinical Research Of Korea Medicine Prescription Of Qingxinlianzi Decoction In The Treatment Of Patient With Vascular Dementia

Objective:To cure Qingxin lotus decoction(Qingxinlianzitang,QXLZT)combined with donepezil hydrochloride in treatment of vascular dementia(Vascular Dementia,VD)to observe the curative effect of the patients to improve the level of intelligence.Methods:According to the 2013 American Psychiatric Association formulated the "Mental disorders in the diagnostic and Statistical Manual" in the fifth edition of the diagnostic criteria of vascular dementia,taeeumin diagnostic criteria,screened from March 2015 to February 2017,from Yanbian Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital rehabilitation department inpatient and outpatient,in accordance with the inclusion criteria of taeeumin vascular dementia patients in 60 cases,male 23 cases,female 37 cases,aged 60 to 78 years old,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group,the control group using Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets treatment,5mg/time,1 times/day;the observation group in the control group treatment based on the combined use of Korean medicine Decoction to treat heart of lotus the lotus seed meat,20g 15g,Chinese yam,asparagus 10g,Ophiopogon 10g,Polygala 15g,Shichangpu 10g,Suanzaoren 10g,Bai Ziren 10g,10g of Radix Scutellariae,radish seed 25g,chrysanthemum 10g,200ml/times daily.One agent,sooner or later,the water decoction.The two groups were 10 days for 1 course of treatment,continuous observation of 6 courses,before and after the treatment of the mini mental state examination scale(MMSE),activity of daily living scale(ADL)and vascular dementia TCM scale(SDSVD)score;detected by TCD(TCD)before and after treatment of brain anterior artery(ACA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)and the average blood flow rate and serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)contentbetween.Mechanism of intelligence level and antioxidant research,Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with donepezil hydrocloride tablets to improve taeeumin vascular dementia to improve endothelial function,improve cerebral blood flow,for the development and utilization of the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia and to provide scientific clinical medicine according to the.During the course of medication,the patient stopped taking any medication for the treatment of vascular dementia.Result:1.In Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets medical taeeumin on vascular dementia score,MMSE score of observation group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);the ADL score of the observation group compared with control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05);the observation group DSVD symptoms improved,significant differences between the groups(p<0.05).2.Measured by transcranial Doppler(TCD)in the hospital,Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets taeeumin before and after the treatment of vascular dementia in the anterior cerebral artery(ACA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)compared to the average flow velocity and pulsatility index,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).3.In Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets medical taeeumin on vascular dementia in the observation group blood serum total cholesterol(TC),three plasma triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),activity of daily living scale(ADL)and vascular dementia TCM scale(SDSVD)scores were significantly increased,suggesting that in both fresh lotus seed soup improves the intelligence of patients with vascular dementia,improve the clinical symptoms of vascular dementia.2.By transcranial Doppler(TCD)detection data showed that after the treatment of brain vascular dementia(ACA)artery and middle cerebral artery(MCA)than the average blood flow velocity increased before treatment,suggesting that in medical Qingxin Lianzi decoction can increase the blood flow velocity in patients with cerebral vascular dementia.3.The total cholesterol in venous blood after treatment(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were restored to the normal value,suggesting that in medical Qingxin lotus seed soup can reduce blood lipids,blood gas of taeeumin acerbity "characteristics by improving effect.4.Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets taeeumin comprehensive effects on vascular dementia is better than the single use of donepezil hydrochloride.
