A Study On The Corrdltion Between Breast Cancer Ptients’ Benefit Finding,Symptom Burden And Quality Of Life

Objectives:Analysis of the present situation and the relationship between the Benefit Finding.Symptom burdens and quality of life in patients with breast cancer survivors,to explore the influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with breast cancer survivors,and to provide scientific basic for the improvement of linfe quality of patients with breast cancer survivors.Methods:this study used social demographic characteristics of patients with breast cancer survivors questionnaire.Benefit Finding Scale(BFS).M.D Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI)and Functioned Assessment of Cancer(FACT-B)to investigate the patients with breast cancer disease,through the convenience sampling method,a total of 300 questionnaires were issued,and 253 questionnaires were valid.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression and other statistical analysis.Result:(1)The benefit finding score of patients with breast cancer survivors was(2.92±0.54)in this study.age,place of residence,education level,the main caregiver,self-care ability,whether or not to retain the breast and other factors on the impact of internal strength has statistical significance(p<0.05).(2)The average score of symptom severity was(3.29 ± 0.41),The symptom impact score was(3.07 ± 1.46)and the symptom burden score was(3.21 ± 1.34)in this study,age,place of residence,family relationships,caregiver health status,religious beliefs,combined with other diseases,social support,the number of chemotherapy,whether to retain the breast,the purpose of treatment and other factors on the impact of internal strength has statistical significance(p<0.05).(3)The quality of life score was(2.02 ± 0.30),the relationship between family members,caregiver health status,condition self-awareness,whether to retain the breast and other factors on the impact of internal strength has statistical significance(p<0.05).(4)The correlation analysis of benefit finding,symptom burden,quality of life in patients with breast cancer disease showed that the benefit finding and quality of life were positively correlated(r=0.184,p<0.01);between symptom and the benefit finding were negative correlated(r=-0.170,p<0.01);burden between symptom burden and quality of life were negative correlated(r=-0.167,p<0.01).(5)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the quality of life of patients with breast cancer disease were mainly correlated with the benefit finding,symptom burden,Disease self-awareness,family relationship other factors,the benefit finding and disease self-awareness are the most influential to the quality of life.Conclusion:Benefit finding and symptom burden are important influencing the quality of life of patients with breast cancer disease,and there is a correlation between the benefit finding,symptom burden and quality of life.In clinical nursing work,we should pay more attention to the patients’ mental health problems,put forward specific measures to reduce the psychological burden of patients,and promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
