Investigation On Health Status And Analyzing Its Infuencing Factors Of Medical Staff In Certain Three A General Hospital In Jiangsu Province

Objective:Based on the medical information of 1311 employees at a certain grade three A hospital in Jiangsu province,health status,health behavior and cognitive status from 2012 to 2016 were deeply analyzed in this project.Health related risk factors of the hospital workers were founded,and the focus of health promotion and prevention was established,providing the theory basis for health management strategy.Methods:Based on physical examination reports of this grade three A hospital,these reports were sorted.Questionnaire including age,gender,weight,height,eating habits,habits and customs,motion,sleep quality and working situation,and other aspect was designed and improved,which was used to investigate the medical or health problems of this hospital.Finally,databases,which were established through Excel,were statistically analyzed.Results:Results of physical examinationThe average prevalence of dyslipidemia,fatty liver,high uric acid hematic disease,gallbladder disease,high blood pressure,higher fasting glucose and liver dysfunction among this grade three A hospital were 33.0%,17.1%,10.4%,8.0%,7.1%,4.2%and 6.1%,respectively.Physical examination results showed there were statistical differences in dyslipidemia,high uric acid hematic disease,fat liver,high blood pressure,gallbladder disease,and increased fasting glucose from the gender differences,different age,nature of post,and different titles at the same age(P<0.05).The prevalence of these six diseases were increasing year by year.Results of health behavior questionnaireLogistic regression analysis results showed that going out to eat,less activity,overweight,obese,dietary structure in the meat-based diet,and so on were risk factors for chronic diseases,except for individual uncontrolled factors,such as age,gender.Conclusion:Though staff in this grade three A hospital mastered the knowledge of medical care,the results showed that prevalence of their dyslipidemia,high uric acid hematic disease,fatty liver,high blood pressure,gallbladder disease,and the increased fasting glucose had a trend of rising year by year,suggesting there were correlations between health of medical staffs and their gender,age,job,as well as title.Thus,hospital should strengthen the treatment and control of the disease,and highlight the dietary structure adjustment,and advocate healthy way of life,control of drinking,physical training,and enhance self health care consciousness.
