The Study Of The Curative Effect Observation Of Siguanxue Needle Stimulation Used In Thyroid Of Postoperative Analgesia

ObjectiveThrough this study,SiGuanXue needle stimulation is applied to evaluate the analgesic efficacy and safety of thyroid surgery patients,for its widely application in thyroid will provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of postoperative analgesia,to better guide clinical practice of Chinese and western medicine.MethodsThe conform to the standards of 60 patients,collectde on XXX from July 2016 to March 2017,with thyroid surgery postoperative pain,were the system randomly divided into experimental group(SiGuanXue-elec tric acupuncture group)and control group(Normal control group),30 cases in each group of patients.On the basis of routine surgical postoperative nursing,the experimental group patients after surgery,postoperative 1 day,2 days to give SiGuanXue-electric acupuncture treatment,time for 30 minutes,total treatment three times,for a period of treatment.Control group were given routine surgical postoperative care.2 groups of patients before intervention and postoperative day 1 to 3 should be with pain VAS score.On the day after surgery and should be with Bmggrmann comfort scale.All the data to adopt SPSS 20.0 statistical software for analysis.All the data to adopt SPSS 20.0 statistical software for analysis.Results1.In each observation point,the pain VAS score of patients after treatment of experimental group were lower than that of normal control group,the difference was statistically significant;In addition;after the treatment,the markedly effective rate of the patients of the experimental group was 80.76%;While the control group was 53.57%,the difference was statistically significant.According to the above instructions,SiGuanXue can effectively alleviate the painful symptoms of patients with thyroid surgery.2.The experimental group at the end of the treatment of patients with BSC score was 2.55±0.51,while the control group was 1.21±0.57,according to the statistical test,there are significant difference,it prompts that SiGuanXue can effectively improve the comfort state of patients with thyroid surgery.ConclusionsSiGuanXue used in thyroid in postoperative pain treatment effect is obvious,the treatment process has the advantages of safety,less adverse reaction,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
