Drug Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Tubal Pregnancy Bag Piece Changes

ObjectiveThis study is based on the observations of patients who are under the treatment of tubal pregnancy drugs in the past five years and various clinical effects of tubal pregnancy drugs residues of conservative treatment success of accessory bag piece.By comparing the sizes of package blocks and the fluid situation before and after treatment to analyze the mechanism of TCM treatment so as to provide comprehensive and objective evidences for the treatment of this disease and to give some suggestions for further optimization in this field.MethodRetrospective analysis method:this study is based on the data collected from 1730 cases of tubal pregnancy patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM from January 1st.2012 to December 31st.2016.Strictly abiding by the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select 245 perfect cases that all in line with the fine examples of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the "tubal pregnancy combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment" and their blood beta hCG all fall to 90%or above when they checking out.According to the recordings on the information collection tables which including the patients'clinical symptoms when checking in,three kinds of results of pregnancy,the size of the bag pieces,pelvic cavity effusion and the reexamination data when checking out.Based on all the above information to make an Excel database so as to make deduction.This study divided all the target cases into five groups according to the impact factors score(table 2).Then using SPSS 22.0 to analyze these data and to show all the results in x±s and Wilcoxo to indicate the size change,by which P<0.05 was regarded as statistical differential.Results1.Group A:Undamaged tire type winding resistance of yuan,8 or less points,and blood ?-hCG<1000 IU/L(group A),having statistical changes after treatments,without statistical meaning in the pelvic cavity accumulates fluid change,but both have significant dropping trend.2.Group B:Damaged deficiency and blood stasis,9 or less points,the blood?-hCG<1000 IU/L(group B),having obvious change in both the bag piece volume and pelvic cavity accumulates fluid volume after treatment.However,due to the factors of observation duration,individual characters and the like,there are some unconspicuous differences which can not be showed statistically.3.Group C:Undamaged tire type winding resistance of yuan,8 or less points,and blood ?-hCG<1000 IU/L or higher or the diameter of bag piece is 5 cm or more(group C),there are some increase in both the average bag piece size and fluid volume after treatment,but with a relatively slight increase in bag piece size.This indicates some possible relation between bag piece size and pregnancy nourishing cell activity.4.Group D:Undamaged tire yuan resistance winding type equals to 9-10 points(group D).There are obvious decrease trend in both the average bag piece and fluid volume after treatment.5.Group E:Broken period deficiency and blood stasis type of 9 or less points,blood ?-hCG?1000IU/L(group E),there is slight decrease in the average bag piece size with a slow pace,in contrast,there is an obvious decreased in pelvic cavity accumulates fluid.6.Considering the relation between internal tension and nourish cell activity in bag pieces,this study divided piece bags into two groups according to the longitudinal/transverse diameter ratio with one below 2,and the other group equal or above 2,and nearly no difference in ?-hCG and progesterone value statistical distribution.Comparing the average results,however,it suggested that with teh bigger longitudinal/transverse mass ratio,the less tension and the lower ?-hCG and P.7.After the treatment,from group A to group E,their effectiveness are showed as 71.9%,63.64%,51.61%,63.64%,76.47%respectively.The results show that group C is the type with undamaged tire type winding resistance of yuan.When point equal or below 8,hCG?3000IU/L or the maximum diameter equals or above 5cm,there is no obvious change.Prediction based on this type of patients should be less treatment on decrease the bag pieces,for example,intensify blood circulation by removing blood stasis and prescribe medicines that are beneficial to the tubal repatancy so as to speed up the dissipation of fallopian tube bag piece and pelvic cavity accumulates.Conclusion1.The treatment of combining traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine in tubal pregnancy is effective for the treatment of tubal pregnancy bag piece when used to kill embryos.And it also has significant advantage in depress the expansion of fallopian tube pregnancy,accelerate mass absorption,improve pelvic blood circulation and relieve symptoms.2.In view of the undamaged tire type winding resistance of yuan,8 or less points,blood ?-hCG?1000IU/L or maximum diameter of bag pieces is 5 cm or above,it is suggested that to increase targeted treatment,such as intensify the strength of promoting circulation and removing stasis,prescribe much more medicines that be beneficial to the tubal repatancy and speed up the dissipation of fallopian tube bag piece and pelvic cavity accumulates.3.The bigger of tubal pregnancy longitudinal/transverse mass ratio,the less tension between them.Under this situation,there is much more possibility of rupture tubal pregnancy or miscarriage.
