The Clinical Research On Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment To Treat Unruptured Tubal Pregnancy Embryo

Objective: Studying on two kinds of clinical effect of killing embryo by compareusing “embryo number Ⅰ party “combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone totreat30patients of unruptured tubal pregnancy with just using western medicineMethotrexate and Mifepristone to treat30patients of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Then summarize the result of treatment by using “embryo number Ⅰ party”combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone, observe the curative effect of twogroups of obtained data statistics, compare their differences.Methods: Using random method to divide the standard type of60cases of unrupturedtubal pregnancy patients into treatment group and control group, each group30patients. The treatment group will use embryo number Ⅰ party with methotrexate andmifepristone to treat, and the control group treat with methotrexate and mifepristoneof western medicine. Monitor the blood beta HCG and gynecological B ultrasoniccarefully, and record the monitoring indicators in detail, fill in the clinical observationtable seriously; using the T text and processing applications SPSS19.0for Windowsto inspect and analysis the statistical data.Result: Through observing the blood beta HCG value decline rate of the treatmentgroup and contrast group on the seventh day, we found the falling rate of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine group was obviously better than westernmedicine group (P <0.05).Observe the time about how long the blood beta HCGvalue turn to negative will take between the treatment group and contrast group, afterobservation, it proved that the time of combine traditional Chinese and westernmedicine group used was obviously shorter than western medicine group (P <0.05).After observation, we found the ectopic bag piece disappear obviously more quickly in combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group than that in westernmedicine group through treatment (P <0.05).In the observation of the drug adversewhat is happen during treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions to combinetraditional Chinese and western medicine group was obviously lower than westernmedicine group (P <0.05). After treatment, the tubal patency rate of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine group was obviously higher than that ofwestern medicine group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effectivemethod in treating unruptured tubal pregnancy.The tutor’s experienced prescript "killthe embryo Ⅰ party" combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone can improvethe rate of killing embryo, shorten the time of killing embryo, shorten the time ofblood beta HCG value turn to negative, and it can make the ectopic bag piecedisappear quickly."kill the embryo Ⅰ party" can promote the ectopic bag piece recruit,promote the tubal unobstructed, and it will recover the tubal function of thepatients."kill the embryo Ⅰ party" can decrease the adverse drug reactions taking byhave Methotrexate and Mifepristone.
