The Clinical Curative Effect Analysis Of Conservative Treatment With Tubal Pregnancy By Combination Of Traditional Chinese Medicine With Western Medicine

Objective:Along with the progress of the society,the development of medical diagnosis and treatment technology,the advancement of global informatization,ectopic pregnancy was to be known by more and more childbearing age women?At the same time,with the unceasing change of natural environment and cultural environment,a variety of pathogenic factors also arises at the historic moment,more and more conducive to the physical and mental health of modern women,the resulting a variety of female gynecological disease increased year by year,and all kinds of gynaecology inflammation diseases through different ways to affect the uterus,fallopian tubes and ovaries,which greatly increases the possibility of infertility and ectopic pregnancy,and these problems not only confused women themselves,but also affected the thousands of families,this is not a disease,and become the family and social problems.With the increase of incidence of ectopic pregnancy,constantly improve the modern diagnostic technology,early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy,the non-surgical treatment is getting more and more popular in the majority of patients and clinicians,get ting more and more widely used in clinical.The papers based on clinical observation,according to the two conventional methods for the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy(pure western medicine treatment and combination of chinese and western medicine treatment),the control group were given methotrexate and mifepristone,the observational group were given the self designed huayu sanjie decoction combined with methotrexate and mifepristone,through the comparative analysis of them,compared the curative effect and adverse reaction of contrast analysis,to evaluate the treatment effect and adverse reaction difference between the two groups.Methods : Collect the patients with tubal pregnancy at Sino-Japanese Union Hospital of Jilin Universityin January 2015~November 2016 in the hospital without surgical indications,((1)stable vital signs,no active intraperitoneal hemorrhage;(2)d(the diameter of tubal pregnancy lumps)?4 cm;(3)?-HCG<2000IU/L;(4)there was not embryonic primitive vascular pulsing under ultrasound),who want to preserving fertility potential.Choose 60 cases accorded with the inclusive criteria,the 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observational group,in which there were 30 cases.After statistics analysis,the general information of two groups,including age(20-40 years old),menopause time(30-70 days),human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG)values,the differences of the diameter has no statistical significance(P >0.05),which is comparable.There were 10 days in a period of treatment in both groups,the control group used mifepristone(40 mg,oral,2 times one day,for 10days)and methotrexate(0.4mg/kg,intramuscular injection,1 time one day,for 3days,stopped for 2 days,then injection 3 days again);The observational group used the self designed huayu sanjie decoction(oral,2 times one day,for 10days)besides the mifepristoneand methotrexate.Collect the data of ?-HCG value and the diameter of tubal pregnancy lumps which in the 4th,7th and 10 th day.On the 10 th day of treatment,check the blood count and liver function.Compare the observation indexes and curative effect and adverse reactions.Results:Compared with the control group,the ?-HCG value of the observational group after 4 days treatment has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the ?-HCG value of the observational group after 7 days and 10 days treatment decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the diameter of the observational group after 4 days and 7days treatment has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the diameter of the observational group after 10 days treatment decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,The number of effective cases in the observation group was 29 casess(96.7%)was significantly higher than in the control group which 22 cases(73.3%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The adverse reaction,nausea and vomiting: control group 20 cases(66.7%),the observation group 21 cases(70.0%);Abdominal distension abdominal pain: the control group 10 cases(33.3%),the observation group 9 cases of(30.0%);Oral ulcer: the control group 6 cases(20.0%),the observation group 4 cases(13.3%).Leukopenia: the control group 13 cases(43.3%),the observation group11 cases(36.7%);Liver cell damage: the control group 8 cases(26.7%),the observation group 11 cases(36.7%).the adverse reaction is similar between the two groups,has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Through the clinical observation and statistics analysis on the two groups of the observation group from the self designed huayu sanjie decoction combine with western medicine has better curative effect than the control group pure Western medicine treatment on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,can obviously reduce the ?-HCG value,promote the lumps dissipation,the curative effect is more ideal.Suggesting that the self designed huayu sanjie decoction combine can work with western medicine(methotrexate and mifepristone),killing embryos,which bringing a lot of benefit for the patients with ectopic pregnancy.But in terms of adverse reactions,there was no difference between the two,In the future study should decrease the adverse reactions as a top priority.
