Early Diagnosis And Dynamic Results Of Combined Treatment Of TCM On Tubal Pregnancy: Clinical Values Of Transvaginal Color Doppler Flow Imaging

Objective: To investigate the valuation of early diagnosis and dynamic results of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on tubal pregnancy examined with transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging.Materials and Methods: 50 patients with tubal pregnancy proved by clinical,ultrasonography or pathology in accordance with the inclusive criteria from Jul. 2006 to Mar. 2008 were divided into two groups. Among those patients 20 were treated by operation, and the other 30 were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. All patients were examined with TV-CDFI before treatment . The size, shape, boundary, internal echo and the exterior and interior blood flow of the masses were observed, measure Peak systolic velocity (PSV),End diastolic velocity(EDV) and Resistivity index(RI). 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month after TCM treatment, the size, and the exterior and interior blood flow of the masses were observed and measure PSV,EDV,RI.Results: CDFI showed rich exterior and/or interior blood flow in all 50 cases. 20 patients treated by operation, proved by pathology, coincidence diagnosises by TV-CDFI is 100%. In 30 patients treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which blood flow signal of the masses is decreasing after treatment., the Peak systolic velocity (PSV),End diastolic velocity (EDV) decreasing, the Resistivity index(RI) increasing are successful (P>0.05) . Which blood flow signal of the masses is increasing after treatment, the Peak systolic velocity,End diastolic velocity increasing, the Resistivity index decreasing are fail .Conclusion: TV-CDFI is of important clinical value on early diagnosis and dynamic results of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for these tubal pregnancies.
