ObjectiveFrom the perspective of the welfare of experiment animal,this study is aim to observe changes of the blood rountine indexes and clinical bioc hemical parameters of New Zealand rabbits in all kinds of enviromental fa ctors and after transportation.As well as the antistress effect of total ginsenosides.Desire to provide scientific basis for the daily fedding of New Zealand rabbits and seek for the best feeding enviroment.MethodsSimulating all kinds of condition of feeding enviromental tempreture and humidy and recovering the process of transportation to observe the blood rountine indexes and clinical biochemical parameters,which provide disscussion of diferent infulunce of different congdition.1.The influence of different temperature and humidy on New Zealand rabbits' blood rountine indexes and clinical biochemical parameters,as well as the effect of antistress effect of total ginsenosides.On the basis of different temperature(10?,20?,30?)and humidy(30%,50%,80%),the 120 rabbits was assigned into five groups:10?/55%;20?/55%;30?/55%;30%/20?;80%/20?.The artifical climate chest was used to control the empreture and humidy.Every group was radomy divided into drug group and blank group,each group have 12 rabbits with half males and ha lf females.Fedding the drug group rabbits with the total ginsenosides whi ch was dissolved into physiological saline(60mg/ml)before setting into the artifical climate chest.The stress time of every group was 24h/48h/72 h.The time of blood samples collection was pretreatment and the first/thi rd/fifth/sevevth day after end of stress.The influence of road transportation on New Zealand rabbits' blood rountine indexes and clinical biochemical parameters,as well as the effect of antistress effect of total ginsenosides.On the basis of differen time of transportation,the 72rabbits was ass igned into three groups:2h/4h/6h,Every group was radomy divided into drug group and blank group,each group have 12 rabbits with half males and ha lf females.Fedding the drug group rabbits with the total ginsenosides whi ch was dissolved into physiological saline(60mg/ml)before transportatio n.The time of blood samples collection was pre-transportation and the fir st/third/fifth/sevevth day after end of stress.Result1.The influence of different temperature and humidy on New Zealand rabbits' blood rountine indexes and clinical biochemical parameters,as well as the effect of antistress effect of total ginsenosides.High temperature(30?)could influence blood rountine indexes such as WBC?RBC?HGB?HCT?MCV?MCH?MCHC?PLT,and total ginsenosides could remi ssion negative influence to some extent.As well as the suitable temperatu re(20?)would influence the blood rountine indexes such as MCH?MCHC.Low temperature(10?)could influence blood rountine indexes such as WBC?RBC?HGB?HCT?MCV?MCH?MCHC?PLT,and total ginsenosides could remission negative influence to some extent.High temperature(30?)could influence clinical biochemical WBC?RBC?HGB?HCT?MCV?MCH?MCHC?PLT,and total ginsenosides could remission negative influence to some extent.Two hour' s road transportation could influence blood rountine indexes such as ALT?AST?GLU?BUN?CREA and total ginsenosides could remission negative influence to some extent.ConclusionUnqualified temperature and humidy could influence the immunity?digestive function and hepatorenal function and so on,and in which part indexes could self-recovery but the other part couldn' t.Transportation could influence blood rountine indexes and clinical biochemical parameters,which would recovery in 7days after stess.Total ginsenosides could remission negative influence of Unqualified temperature and humidy could influence as well as transportation.
